I went through the drive through this morning, and I hate breakfast food so I don't usually get it, but I asked the man working to give me his favorite, and it was absolutely amazing! He looked to be working alone, but still gav great service! I personally was in a horrible mood, and so tired, it made my day a little better!

Me and my family went today to have some food. Its our first time to the location since moving to junction. We order and when it arrives to the table, i was missing a burrito. It not only took forever for someone to notice me, but they gave me attitude when i mentioned the mix up. Several orders for pickup get done and i never got my burrito. I waited and when i went up to ask about it, i received attitude and that they were busy with other orders. I ask for the manager because at this point i just wanted my money back at least. The manager on shift,if you can call him that, not only gave me attitude, but kept telling me its just a burrito, and didn't give me any respect. My problem wasn't the burrito, it was the service overall. All the employees had an attitude and my family and I are not going back to this location.

Had my son order chips & cheese with taco meat on them for me. The meat was dried out & they put shredded cheese on it instead of nachos cheese ( said they were out). I microwaved ot when they got home & it was cold. The cheese turned hard, which tells me it was not real cheese & they just dumped the meat in the middle so 3/4 of my chips were bare & would break if I tried to dip them in the dry & hard meat/cheese. My dog wouldn't eat it & she eats everything. But the diet pepsi was good lol.

Super unwelcoming. I understand it’s a fast food place that pays minimum wage but good lord have some freaking respect for people ordering their food. Also put some effort into getting it right i.e. don’t use stale taco shells for your food and when the customer orders the Doritos locos tacos USE THE DORITO SHELLS

This morning was my 2nd time trying to get breakfast here. A friend has been craving about how great the breakfast burritos are. Last Thursday I showed up at around 9:30 in the morning only to be told that they were out of eggs, then this morning I was there at 7:05 and they told me they were running late and not open. That it would be about 15 mins. Won't be returning to this taco bell. They one on Chestnut was open and had eggs. Now let's see what this breakfast burrito is all about.

How are you going to be Taco Bell and be completely out of meat and half your menu not available and give joke portions of steak and chicken as a substitution this place is poorly managed because of that I decided to go somewhere else
This place is only in business because it's right outside of base they turn off lights way before closing in hopes that people dont come in and order food the employees all look like they hate their lives and any request is met with rolled eyes and an attitude like its the hardest thing to do like can you throw in a couple of sauces....... like you work at taco bell without sauce is it even taco bell.
Anyways dont order here vote with your wallet and go somewhere else.

On food side it's standard taco bell but my issue is every time I've been here I'm tired just got off work and want to get home eat and rest , place my order get home and no packets of hot or mild sauce,,I'm never asked at the window,,, employees should ask every customer that stops if it's wanted , please fix this

I was dispatched an order. When I came to the drive through they told me it had been picked up 15 minutes ago.
I called and texted the customer to see if they had received their order, and they had not.
The two in the drive thru were very rude and made it difficult to communicate the resolution DoorDash was wanting to complete. I had to honk and knock on the window to even get assistance.
Door dash has instructions to show the store the screen and have them reorder the order and the store would be paid directly from DoorDash.
They said this is a common occurrence at night. But even with that being the case, DoorDash drivers shouldn’t be treated disrespectfully and with an attitude when we to are just doing are jobs.
My recommendation is to make sure people are confirming they pick up the order before you hand them the order at night. Door dash is getting better at keeping food from being stolen.
I tried to call the store to talk to the manager but the line has been busy constantly every time I call.

When the chain first released their breakfast, I went to this location. I went in the morning and when I got there, the entire restaurant was dark inside and there were no cars in the parking lot. It was open and I went through the drive-thru. The girl who manned the mic sounded strange and didn't have good customer service. Other than that, no problems. The Cinnabon was DRIPPING with grease. The breakfast burrito was very bad and the only thing that was remotely good were the hashbrowns. That was the first and only time I ever got food poisoning from Taco Bell.
