We needed a vegan meal, so we checked out various menus and settled on Tokyo. Easily accomplished; the rest of us had combo hibachi meals. Soup and salad VERY untasty, but the rest of the meal good, served quickly and efficiently. Glad we ate at Tokyo!

The Tower-Just the right mix of sushi to rice. Starting from the top: the tower appropriately sauced with just enough to share in each bite down to the end but not drowning in a sea of compensation; avocado is smartly selected even when out of season, spicy crab meat has the appropriate amount of kick while still allowing other flavors to come through, the rice is the right kind of sticky-not overly sticky clinging to the roof of the mouth or dry needing to be held together by compression; the tuna is a lively red with bold flavor. Highly recommend to eat in restaurant. The tower doesn't always make it home in the same structure it was intended to be enjoyed. Dancing eel roll: light fishy flavor complimented by avocado and cucumber delivered with a salty eel sauce.

Had a good dinner with the family tonight, but there was one thing missing...my daughter (31 yrs. old today) and her (party of five) family. Other than that, it was excellent. Happy birthday baby girl! ?

It was the worst food and dining experience that was given for oh about $85.00 worth of barely any food and no quality for a Japanese spot. Please don't waste your time or money. Big Mistake! Had to go to some where else just to eat good and get full.

Descent sushi at a very good price. Very good lunch specials.The teriyaki plate was very disappointing. I've had frozen dinners better than their Teriyaki.

I’m not from Junction and searching for food is not easy, I have to read reviews and look for pictures, honestly this place is awesome, the sushi rolls are delicious and the service was fast and efficient.
Loved this little gem. Didn't count on this place being as good as it was. Looked a little sketch from outside but inside was clean and professional. Ownership was great and the customer service was a 10. Very affordable and fresh. Excellent stop and substitute to fast food in and area inundated with fast food restaurants that are terrible for you.
