I would give zero stars if that were possible. I came to order a breakfast meal with French toast sticks as the side (which are listed as a side on their menu) and the staff refused to honor it. Not only that, they were very rude and argumentative because I was annoyed. I’ve worked in fast food. You are supposed to honor your signage instead the crew wanted to play semantics saying “sides are different than substitutions”! That is an exact quote. Everyone was rude and had an attitude because I wanted what the sign said I could do. Last time visiting this location.

Me and my dad both placed mobile orders today. I ordered the son of a baconator (with no mayo) and my dad ordered a double stack. They gave me my burger, but still put mayo on it. And instead of my dad getting a double stack, they gave him a crispy chicken BLT (picture is below) His burger was cold also. We've almost never had a problem with Wendy's, until today.
