Twenty dollars for two burgers and one fry, then when I asked for ketchup and mayo they said we had to pay for the sauces. First time I been told I have to pay for ketchup for my fries and last time I spend money there.

July 24th 2025 about 12:47 order two potatoes one with sour cream on with butter, chili and crispy chicken sandwich. NO BUTTER...NO CRIPSPY Sandwich! They do NOT answer the phone and at work so cannot go back there now...check your bags ...because they do not.

Can’t even get a simple order right. Get a Caesar salad and a Dave’s double and you’ll get no Caesar dressing or a fork and get a baconator instead. Freaking ridiculous.

Two separate occasions my order has been made incorrectly here. Staff was nice, but either undertrained or under managed. Probably won't be back again. Twice is too much. Gave y'all a 2cnd chance

Be careful ordering through the app!!!
I ordered to pick up through drive through and when I got there they said my order didn’t exist. On the app it shows that it does. When I brought it up to them again at the window they said nothing could be done and that my order will be refunded at the end of the night. “I know it’s hard to believe but since we didn’t confirm we made it on our end, you’ll be refunded at the end of the night” I asked if they could just make me the Dave single and spicy chicken sandwich then and click confirm. They said they couldn’t. I used rewards for it that I’ll hopefully get back because that was why I chose to get Wendy’s instead of the other fast food chains in the area.
