Assuming the older lady was the manager, her personality and the way that she conducted herself with the customer totally sucked. She was indeed rude. I definitely understand white Pizza Hut. And Kingman no longer has cars in the parking lot. I guess people will pick up food. But I don't blame them for not going inside.

Pretty solid pizza place; I'm fairly regular there. The staff quality ranges from very good to excellent, and my orders are ready on schedule almost 100% of the time.

Best Pizza Hut Supreme ever! The food came hot, sliced and very well built. It reminded me of the way Pizza Hut used to make pizzas over thirty years ago! For a New Year's Eve dinner, this Hut got everything right! We were in town for a party night and this Hut was the only place open to have dinner. They had been swamped but they took care of us very well. They ran out of ice and the manager went above and beyond, to get ice from White's Foodliner, just so we had some for our drinks!! We were table of 6, and none of us left hungry or dissatisfied, very great service!! I'd drive 70 miles just to experience a true Pizza Hut dinner again! I had lost all faith in Pizza Hut until last night! Well done Kingman Pizza Hut crew!!😊

Our waitress was really nice, and the food was good. We were in there late in the evening, so it was pretty quiet. The restaurant was also really clean.
The person at the register she was dressed as a slob I'm not trying to make anybody mad but I wasn't professional and when someone walks in you don't stand around and watch the football game on the TV I can't remember the person's name but that's why I won't be going back there with someone walks into the restaurant seeing this cashier having her shirt all out and having stretchy pants don't even fit her it makes it makes it disgusting to me the cashier was very rude and unprofessional

My pizza was made fresh \u0026 was very good. Great service. The only thing as i was leaving the manager put clean gloves on \u0026 then got on his cell phone as he was making pizza. Contaminating his gloves.
