Long white hair in my kids food, cold and dry. Credit to this place for being bad consistently the the three times I’ve been here

They have to the record on being the slowest most worthless sonice you ever patronize! And from what I have seen they keep it way under staffed. I waited 26 mins in the drive through. They should stop food services during happy hour. I just got run around by a customer in the line. It’s bad but there is no other businesses in this one light town that offer a variety of menu options.

This sonic has never gotten us in and out in less than 20-25 minutes. I'm not ordering the whole menu either, just 15-20 bucks of stuff

So far so good! We just moved here and discovered they have an indoor eating area.
I love it great place
I use apple pay for everything, I only had 3 dollars cash and the shake I ordered was $3.26, I didn’t know they didn’t take apple pay but the lady at checkout said “ill cover it”, she did not have to do this and deserves recognition, I did not get her name but if management reads this review just know that you hired a good person
Super slow. Not super sonic. Food is still good but the Manager has forgotten the concept of why they originally named this place Sonic.

Needs a zero star option, their food prices are not accurate, they charge you more than listed price for food, there are multiple items not represented properly and they are either scamming people or horrible at their job. Receipts for food are hard to get. Horrible place

Don't waste your time or money on this place. They obviously can't keep people working there because every time you go it's a new group of people who are "sorry" and "are all new " and those will be the excuses for ordering ahead on their app driving to their store and waiting till almost every stall is empty after "checking in" then when you've had enough dont wanna wait any longer for carnival food and just want your money back they will bring you a receipt with their corporate number hand written on it not a refund or anything stating their refunding your money... it's 11 days after the fact all this happened and I've still yet to receive my money back. This company is a bunch of thiefs hoping you forget you didn't get to eat or your money back in a timely manner well I haven't forgot. And I'll never pay money to eat at another one of sonics stores no matter who owns the franchise I've been to the one by my job in wichita and their always messing food up not having all the ingredients to make their food proper but accept the money without warning anyone paying to be there.
