Main Street Coffee House was a delight to discover in small town USA Kiowa. As one who has had multiple coffee houses everywhere I have previously lived, moving here, I didn't think I would find one, let alone one who could make my favorite drink. Kim, the owner, could and did. Thrilled I am. The atmosphere is friendly and laid-back with cushions for your bottom if you want them. They have homemade donuts, bagal-dogs, and burritos. Her service is awesome! I am grateful to have met her and her shop.
Was looking for a spot to hang out for a bit and get some work done before going to an appointment in the area. People were so nice. Definitely will be recommending this place to anyone I know.

Awesome little coffee shop. Great coffee actually! All the foods we had multiple days were all top notch as well. Never had Cherry Cheesecake Brownies before but I sure don’t regret it!The lady who ran it was awesome and super friendly. She goes and gets fresh artisan well water from a natural spring for her coffee.Glad we stopped and visited with her, hope to come back!
