Food wasn't bland, it had a little bite, but needed more flavoring spices. Also, everything seemed to be "ground beef only." I'd call this the better type of "old white people" style Mexican food. Service was pretty good.
Cool little spot needs to be more of an upbeat place with what it looks like their trying to be. More of a sports bar type of place, kinda dark like in an Italian restaurant. But I've only my eating once and it was decent food I think, and good hospitality.
