Freddy’s Frozen Custard always hits the nostalgia button with solid burgers and that signature crunch on the fries, but this location could tighten its service workflow. The food’s good, but the wait times and order accuracy feel a little off their KPI. With quicker turnaround and sharper attention to detail, this spot could easily shift from “pretty good pit stop” to an absolute fan-favorite powerhouse.

My first time dining at Freddy’s, and had a Double Prime Steakburger combo was amazing delicious. The service was excellent and pretty fast. The server, Chisa, went above and beyond, helping a customer using her sign language skills.

Place your order, fill your own cups with your choice of beverages, and get your own condiments and knapkins. Bring sanitizer wipes to clean the table before you eat. Retrieve your food when your order is called. Then, clean up the table when you are done. They should be paying me to work here.
