Overall, we had a decent experience at IHOP. The egg and toast sandwich was good and flavorful, and once it arrived, it was enjoyable. They initially missed adding the avocado, but the staff was very willing to correct it and add it without any issue, which I appreciated.
The biggest downside was the wait time. Even though there were only about five people in the restaurant after the rush crowd had cleared, it still took over 40 minutes for our food to come out. That said, our waitress was extremely helpful, attentive, and did her best to keep us informed, which made the wait more manageable.
While the long wait was frustrating, the friendly service and willingness to fix the order showed good customer care. With faster kitchen turnaround during slower periods, this location could provide a much smoother dining experience.

We were at our table for an hour before the food arrived. No drink refills at all. The server never visited. There were only three filled tables in the restaurant so they weren’t busy. Food was cold when it finally arrived.

If I could rate this experience negative stars I most definitely would now I know why this place is never full we were the only people here nobody else is here it took them an hour and a half to bring out our food AN HOUR AND A HALF WHEN WE ARE THE ONLY ONES HERE everything came out cold our fries were cold the burgers were cold the pancakes tasted like nothing but flour not done properly never coming back here it’s absolutely horrible which is sad it used to be so good coming here

Service was lousy. I ordered curbside pickup. I got there a few minutes early and waited. 10 minutes past the pickup time and no one brought my food out. I went in and the bag was sitting on the counter. There was no one around. I grabbed my bag and left. The food was cold and had no flavor. I am done with ihop.

Place literally smells like poop. It was so expensive too ! $60 for 3 adult meals and a kids meal. Then I was over charged for a few items. I feel totally ripped off. Never again

Smells atrocious. Floors were sticky. Honestly just gross in the dining room and makes you concerned about what the kitchen looks like. The food tasted off compared to other locations and the ketchup tasted like barbecue sauce.
They were having sewer issues and the place stunk. You'd think they would have had an urgent plumber call.

However, there has been a persistent issue for over a year concerning an unpleasant sewage odor originating from the bathroom. The smell extends into the dining area, which significantly impacts the overall experience. Several other customers have also commented on it. I find it concerning that this issue has not been addressed by management, as it affects both staff and patrons. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone.

I walked into IHOP and immediately had to walk right back out. The atmosphere was unbearable the entire place smelled like raw sewage. It was nauseating and completely ruined any chance of sitting down to eat. No matter how good the food might be, it’s impossible to enjoy a meal in that kind of environment. Definitely the worst restaurant atmosphere I’ve ever experienced.

I went with my brother, we both ordered pancake combos (gf). He wanted over easy I wanted over medium eggs he got scrambled I got raw, somehow the hash browns were both burnt and enemic. It wasn't even busy! In the end, we both got food poisoning and bad cross-contamination from the gluten-free pancakes. We were both down. For the count for a few days.
All in all , we should have just gotten coffee somewhere else
