Great aside from they forget the mayo or mustard packets Everytime if I go through the drive through. Only go inside now to make sure it's in the bag. Sort of an awkward atmosphere, like everyone is confused or waiting for the customers to riot 😅 otherwise they do great and food is good too

I ordered my food online at 921pm and it was supposed to be delivered to my place of employment. My food never showed up and I never received a call or text. Since they close at 10pm, I can't call them until tomorrow to be remembered. Not happy.

Worst Jimmy John’s ever. I’ve been to this location several times. The last time I came here were ordered online and when we got the text saying our order was ready drove there to pick it up. When we got to the window they informed us they were out of ask meats except for turkey. Hmmm how does that happen at 5pm???

Tonight we placed our order and waited 30 minutes in store for our sandwiches to be made. Only to get home and realize my son’s sandwich was not what we ordered. I will never come back to this location again. I’ll make the drive clear out to Johnson County when we want Jimmy John’s because the Lansing location is trash!!

This place is going down the drain. They soaked both my sandwiches in oil when I asked for light oil. We could not even eat it. I wanted a refund and have not received it yet. This is not the first time they messed up. I am done wasting my money at this place. Another place that will be closed down soon!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Never have delivery drivers. Ordered online, waited 45 minutes. Called and was told my order was never picked up by 3rd party delivery service.I ask if I can just come pick it up, they say sure. I ask WILL THIS MESS UP YOUR PROCESS AT ALL, they say no. I get there, and not only do they not have my order, they can't find it in the system. Then they say, oh, it was picked up. I show them my email and my app...no delivery updates to be found. Husband is home, he hasnt received anything. They come back and say, oh, actually the order was cancelled. By WHO? So now I don't have food, and I'm out almost 50 dollars and I don't have any updates about a cancelation or refund. No offer to remake my order or anything. Just blank stare. DONT ORDER HERE.

We get Jimmy John's often because we truly enjoy the sandwiches, but I'm not sure what happened this last time, but as I always do, I placed the order through the app, gave them 20-30 minutes to get it fixed since we are a family of 4, it is a large order and I try to add time after I order to be flexible for them.
After receiving the text stating that my order was ready to pick up, we headed there and went to pick it up. It should have been 4 sandwiches, 4 chips and 3 cookies, and 1/4 pickle.
We got all the way home only to find that we'd gotten the sandwiches, no chips, no cookies, and a full pickle. With it being online, I'm genuinely not sure where the mixup happened, especially with it being an online order, but it wasn't the first, it won't be the last, but it was definitely the biggest order messed up in all of the years we've been ordering from them. I mainly wish they'd hire and train consistent workers so that order mistakes happen less.
