We get Jimmy John's often because we truly enjoy the sandwiches, but I'm not sure what happened this last time, but as I always do, I placed the order through the app, gave them 20-30 minutes to get it fixed since we are a family of 4, it is a large order and I try to add time after I order to be flexible for them.

Decent, the sandwich was made wrong. I got a sandwich with no edits, as is. Service was okay, we went through the drive through so it was quick.
