“When I go, I always get the authentic bi bim bap at Hyundai (in Leavenworth, KS) - that dish, preferably in a hot pot, just hits the spot. Note: Sobahn closed in June 2020 - I'm looking for something comparable, West of I-35, closer to Bonner Springs.“

“This is the only place in town where you can get pho, and it was pretty decent. I also tried the chicken teriyaki and the hwedupbap (Korean sashimi rice bowl) both were just okay.
The hwedupbap came with tuna, salmon, and a small amount of fish roe, but the portion of fish was quite small. If you like vegetables, though, this dish might be a good choice.“
