Ordered 4 items online. Ready at 5:20. Waited until 5:45 to pick up. At drive through I was given 2 items. I received a pizza, but I didn’t order a pizza. I opened the box, saw it was a pepperoni pizza and handed it back. Sure hope they didn’t actually give that pizza to another person after I opened the box!! 3 of the 4 items I ordered were not ready, even 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. We used to enjoy the lunch buffet ( lansing ks)but today, May 1, 2025 it was the most pitiful display of dried out, non-appealing pizza we have ever seen. Only one time during our lunch time visit did we see a warm pizza come out. TERRIBLE!
Went to the lunch buffet since they just opened it back up. Food was very fresh and good. I was surprised at how busy it was and they still was able to keep up with it. Can't wait to go again

Pizza Hut provides an exceptional dining experience with fantastic service from staff members. The food is great, and the service is quick, making it a great value. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with a convenient parking lot and wheelchair accessibility.
The new Sunday lunch buffet was satisfactory when pizza was available, but there were limited pizzas when customers arrived, and it took time to get more. The server was friendly despite the busy environment.
The food on the buffet was pretty good, and the service was great as the staff were working hard and moving fast. Customers appreciate the effort to feed them.
One customer had an excellent experience with their server Patrick, who was attentive and informative. The tables and the restaurant were clean, and the food came out very fast and was delicious, making it the best Pizza Hut experience for the customer.
The restaurant also has a large, spacious, and casual environment, with a low-stimulation atmosphere, making it great for families with children.
