I love this location I feel like they always make my coffee correctly. However they never seem to be able to register my car through the sensors. Most of the time they're very understanding due to my large tires, but today comments were made about how I just pulled through. I just want it to be known that I did pull through and wait. I even backed up and drove through again to try to get the sensors to pick up on my car. After the third try I did just pull around. When I got to the window a girl inside said oh my God did she just pull around.. very disgusted like. In which the window host agreed. Please fix your sensors.

Great staff - always friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Ordered the large 'Dirty Chai tea Latte Smoothie' with oat milk and a protein shot. Have not been disappointed with any drink or breakfast sandwich at the Lansing location.

Lansing is the best the Leavenworth one sucks they always have to remake your drink they never can get it right the first time sometimes have an attitude because they screwed up and have to remake it

Great coffee and great blended drinks made with real espresso, not that espresso syrup that another coffee chain uses 😉. And, I'm always greeted with a smile, and a great personality, unlike the over-the-top THC-induced personality you get from another coffee chain 😉

Be CAUTIOUS when coming here. I ordered five drinks and was very pleased when I heard my order read back to me correctly. When I approached the window, the 1st lady froze up when I presented the app and payment. Then, after receiving 4 of the 5 drinks from a different lady, I stated there was one missing. The lady states, "No, you ordered 4 drinks." I tell her, the first lady read it back to me correctly, 5 drinks. The lady then proceeded to read my order back, stating again that I only ordered 4 drinks. She didn't offer to make the 5th drink I had originally ordered until I looked at her, shaking my head with frustration and disbelief. I told her "nope, I see the problem here." I then shut my mouth and left. AVOID THIS SCOOTERS IF YOU CAN, CAUSE "SCOOT AROUND", MAY BE THE FINAL WORDS TO THE START OF A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Love the coffee I really wish they would bring back the pumpkin pie blenders and all the other they had like it. back I haven't found anything like it tasted like fall in a cup Starbucks n dunkin taste fake nothing compares 5o pumpkin pie blenders
