The worst customer service ever I see why this place received a low rating, I had an order on like yesterday, and when I arrived at the stall to let them know I was there the first thing I ask Have you started making the drinks and she said no then I ask if I can downgrade to a cherry Pepsi the manager said no cause you had ordered online through a 3 party so, therefore, we cannot and won't make any adjustments, however, she said if you would have ordered from us directly then yes we simply could have accomplished your request. So I called the General Manager today Madison and she said her crew did everything by the book she didn’t see what the problem was, but she insisted that I have a free drink waiting for me next I visit. So so my question why couldn’t the free drink be offered yesterday if the manager knew I wasn’t happy with the outcome rather than now? Now if the drinks were already made when I checked in then I wouldn’t made anything out of it besides I’m out of a loss cause I chose to downgrade so what’s the issue. Y’all making a fuss over a drink and giving me a drink gonna bankrupt you seriously or at least you could have offered me to purchase another drink at the time rather than giving me a bunch of lip services. The Sonics Down the Street has outstanding customer services at 3211 S 4th St Leavenworth KS 66048. Last final statement the General Manager said she had been there for 3 years now and looking at all the horrible reviews I questioned myself why is the owner is still holding on to her hmm got me thinking!!

I Door Dash and am always delighted to come to this Sonic. Your staff does a wonderful job! You should be proud of your employees. The employees are friendly and quick to get orders completed.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My visit today was very disappointing.I placed a mobile order. After my my order came out, which took a while, I checked my bag to find my entree, but not the side I had ordered - the pickle fries. Not a huge deal, I pressed the button to let them know. Without pause, they said "I'm sorry, we don't have any pickle fries right now" -which gives me the impression that they were aware that I was missing something but did not ask me if I wanted an alternative option. I asked if I could get something else and they accommodated, but it took another long while to get out to me. They also missed some of my sauces, and didn't give me any napkins or a mint. This isn't my first bad experience here - missed items, long waits, etc., but I'm pretty easy going and have worked food service before and tend to try not to complain - the only reason I am now is because this felt like a conscious decision to short me on my order and not offer an alternative, which is extremely frustrating to me.Tempted to not come back bc of all the bad experiences I have had, which is a shame, because it is the most convenient place on my commute to work. Very sad.

Hand made sign on window is super condescending and offensive to people who have been in the food industry for a long time and CAN do this job better than your current employees. I’m aloud to complain about something your employees HAVE DONE WRONG. The whole time I was there I didn’t receive a single smile. If you can’t do your job fast when you work in fast food and you don’t have basic customer service skills. Then YES. I have a problem and NO I won’t do it myself because I’ve surpassed working at a sonic. Your team doesn’t deserve the ego you’ve built for them. So sorry if a few people hurt your feelings but that doesn’t mean every single customer should keep your mouth shut or do it themselves. I PAY YOU TO DO IT RIGHT.

Worst Sonic ever. Whole family got sick. Black onion rings in pieces with three still having batter on them. Burgers looked like something from the day before and took the lettuce off the burger as it didn't look right. Napkins were okay and probably the highlight of the meal this time. Money down the drain and will not be back.

Did an online order on the app this morning. Got there and and after checking in I was notified my order was being brought out but it took 5 minutes to come out. Left and got to work and my order was not the right size tots and the Unltimite meat and cheese burrito was the worst one I have every had. Luck it there was a full egg on it and half a piece of bacon and not sausage. Definitely not worth the money I paid. Them when I called to talk to the manager she was very unpleasant from the minute she answered the phone. The more I told her the ruder she got. I will never return to the Lansing Sonic.

I drove up the the drive to thru at 3:56 p.m. for the half price drinks and nobody would answer drive thru. There was a kid power washing the drive thru so I went around and pulled up into a stall. Pushed the button and nobody answered. They waited until 4 p.m. and said can I help you I said yes I wanted a route 44 cherry limeade PLEASE and he said OK $4.16. I refuse to pay I was here before 4 p.m. and I explained I had been waiting. The kid said no problem then it took him 15 minutes to get me a route 44 cherry limeade. I will not be back. Very disappointed with the service. I work for a restaurant also and would never make someone wait 15 minutes for a drink.

Easily the worst Sonic in Leavenworth county and quite possibly in the entire United States of America. Got five shakes today that taste like they were prepared with powdered EBT government milk. I am DONE with this smoothbrained troglodyte management and ownership hustle.
