Ordered on door dash and the dasher had to wait over an hour for our food due the employees slowness and inability to make subs at a decent pace or be prepared with the things they will need for future orders.

Worst subway I’ve ever been too. Dude moves like a turtle. Takes like 15 mins to make 2 sandwiches and they don’t accept coupons.

This Subway location doesn't accept coupons, neither the ones that are mailed out or the ones online. If a chain won't honor the national coupons, I don't give them my business. Won't be coming back.

Well - I watched an employ change into their work outfit in dining area (to include taking off her shoes down to bare feet). Lettuce and spinach looked like it was guaranteed to make you sick, I should have just walked out but sadly did not.

At 4:28, we were craving an elite or comparable. Walked out empty handed. Dude said hey then looked at the sandwich he was working on. My wife and I were the ONLY ones in the restaurant. I decided to let him finish making it so I used the restroom pretty quick. Came out and stood at the counter. He said nothing. I stood there as he looked at a receipt and crossed things out and readied new sandwiches papers. Time passed by while I waited patiently and he continued to say nothing………… not even an, “I have to finish these and it will be about 10-15 minutes”. Nothing whatsoever. Then I exclaimed to my wife, in a volume he could hear, that he just pulled out a bunch more papers and we might as well go because I have no idea why he is just not taking my order. He saw us leave and it was obvious he wasn’t interested in saying jack.

Julian was wonderful, he handled the stress of being out of things with dignity and pride. Very apologetic for things outside his control and did everything in his power to make me happy. Both gentlemen in the store were very kind. I had to change my original plan a little bit but honestly it is so much better now!!!!

Not happy at all with my experience if I could even call it that. Currently writing this outside of their building where I went in with my boyfriend and my brother and no one came out to greet us or take our orders or anything. We stayed inside for maybe 10 minutes calling out for anyone to help us before finally leaving. If yall are closed then maybe lock the doors and turn the open sign off? But according to the hours posted on the door they were still very much open. So do better Lansing subway. Get better help or close down that’s all I have to say.

This store is a sick joke. It’s 8:51 they close at nine and me and my two family members sat in here for the past fifteen minutes or so at the counter with no one in sight at all. We yelled for someone, no service whatsoever ever.

Ordered 23 but the attendant gave me a 33. No lids for my size drink. Realized they gave me the wrong sandwich so they made me the correct sandwich. I had to go back up and tell them they owed me money. They gave me back 64 cents back. I told them it should have been more. At that point the manager refigured it and gave me the right amount of change. Employee was friendly but the manager had an attitude.

Refused to take my valid coupon after they had already finished making my sandwich. That coupon was literally the only reason I went to Subway in the first place. Ended up paying way more than I was expecting, for less food.
