Gave me an ice cold taco. As if it was sitting in a fridge kind of cold. They charged me for extra cheese but i did not get it. And they added lettuce and taco sauce even though i requested to remove both. Already got my refund from UBER. Just do your job correctly Taco John employees. Quit being lazy.

I have been going to Taco John’s for 40 years. They have recently changed the Taco Burger bun to s potato bun. It’s very chewy. Please change it back to a soft bun, which you used to steam. Thank you

Went to the drive-through couldn’t see the screen cause it was so old so I went inside and ordered they gave me cold beef you pieces of chickens. Before I even tried the food I decided I was never going to go back due to the condition of their restaurant inside. It looks like health inspector hasn’t been there since they first built Leavenworth. This place should be shut down. And the manager should be a gas station clerk

They always ALWAYS forget things. I ordered 2 six pack and a pound WITH cheese which is extra money...and they've NEVER put it in the bag...I have to make sure they do. Thats terrible business practice. This time they left out my chips and cheese and all the extra cheese for the tots I ordered. Glad I won't be able to come back here.

My friend Clifford ordered the Boss Burrito, 2 ice cold sodas, and I got the 4 Cheese Chicken Quesadilla, with Potato Olés added for extra flavor—absolutely delicious! 😋
Everything arrived hot, fresh, and bursting with taste. We enjoyed our meal in a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned dining area.
Clifford and I left full, satisfied, and already planning our next visit. This place is an absolute gem! 🌯🎉

Ordered via mobile ap and got to the store and order was canceled this is the second time this has happened. Drive thru person just said that the order may have been canceled. Start taking my money elsewhere. Everything went through like it was accepted until I got to the store.
