So got dinner for for me and my girl and her son the pizzas have cheese in some spots and then in other spots none the meat was portioned out horribly they need to take their time this food is for customers not themselves smh

Very disappointed that the buffet was not on Tuesday. Veterans Day. School out and band marching in parade . Many wanted to eat at Pizza Hut after parade. Employees did not even know there was a parade??? Many left because no buffet. The place was empty for lunch!!!! Way to lose business!

Ordered a Large Taco pizza,, expected what I paid for,, instead got large pizza with all the toppings in bags,, isn't it there job to make and assemble the pizza not mine!? Humble pie and Casey's way better.

Pizza was supposed to be ready at 7:02, finally received at 7:33. Paid for sauces that I didn’t receive. One employee admitted to being asleep in the back, also made a comment about how they kept accidentally giving our pizza to other customers first. Then they made the wrong pizza, but hey Atleast they let us keep the overcooked cardboard hard wrong pizza and a 2 liter of THEIR choice right?!

When we first walked in all was good. They set us at a dirty table, even though we were the only ones in there. I asked for a tow to clean the table and never got one. Our order was wrong, no one asked to refill our drinks, we had to yell into the kitchen to have someone check us out. 2 lg specialty pizzas, 2 pops and a beer and 2 orders of breadsticks cost us $87! They never took anything off for messing up our order. We will NEVER eat there again!!!

Had what seemed to be new staff and no one shadowing him to teach him. Had no order pad so he couldn't remember all of the order and we had to ask for the straws and napkins, drinks weren't full. Pizza was good

Very loud music and yelling in the kitchen area.,Service was terrible and the area was dirty. I give it less than a 1. Not sure I will go there again and will not recommend it to anyone. It was very disappointing….☹️

We are new to town and stopped in for dinner (approx 2 months prior to this review). There were several tables not wiped, salad bar was sad looking. It was after 2pm so I thought it would have been tidied up after lunch rush. The pizza was ok, the wings were very good. Service was slow and we heard yelling coming from the back. We figured they were having an off day so we tried again a week or so later and it was more of the same except for a younger male waiter who was very polite and attentive. On the 3rd visit it was very clean and the waitress was very prompt and courteous. We thought things were looking up and even complimented her on the appearance of the dining area. Our last visit was a few days ago and it was back as it was on our first visit. We stood in the lobby area for quite some time with no one acknowledging us. My husband even opened and closed the door again to make it "ding" but still no one came out. We did see a couple employees across the salad bar area but they ignored us. I finally yelled "HELLO" and someone walked out looking agitated. There was only one other customer so they weren't busy unless it was for deliveries. The tables were littered with empty glasses, plates and crumbs while the wait staff were all in the back. One waitress did come out behind the counter to grab some candy from the candy dish but walked back into the back. We were never offered refills, nor have we ever been on any visit. I got them myself (or is the the norm for this particular store?) We needed a to-go box but since no one ever comes to check after the food is served, we've had to go find a box ourselves or bother someone to get it. We are typically generous tippers, at least 20% but usually more, however this last time we left a $5 on the table and called it good. By far the worst PH we've ever been to. The food wasn't the issue at all, it's the service, or lack thereof, yelling and employees acting like they are being bothered when they have to deal with a customer. Additionally, 3 out of 4 times it's been a mess during a time that doesn't appear to be busy with only a couple of other patrons. All 4 of these visits were between the hours of 2-4pm and on a week day. It seems like these employees have not been taught any customer service skills or how to deal with the public. Very disappointing.
