After waiting 20 min for the food we were missing 1 french fry the one we got was cold and hard, the popcorn chicken was also cold and hard . So wasted $38 on uneatable food and didn't have time to go back.

Everytime we go it’s something different. I get having cold food every once in awhile or something but it’s so much more than that. Constant forgotten items on big orders. Constantly getting the wrong sandwich. Ice cream orders are even messed up 90% of the time. 110% would not recommend to anyone. Not until they get some workers that care enough to change their ways and make orders correctly

Just left sonic after waiting about 25 min for my order get home and find out my order is wrong and this happens about every other time I go to sonic my order is never what I order. I can’t complain to much this time at least I got two free drink tokens for having to wait. But would like to have my order right especially when I’m spending $40 dollars every time I go there.

Worst slowest service of a sonic I have been to when I pulled in there were only 3 cars there. 15 minutes to get 1 large soda. Last night strawberry shake was just milk it was nothing close to ice cream.

They like to put onion on things that are requested without onions, so watch out for that.
