Our food wasn’t right hotdog was for my son he wanted a plain hotdog and when we got it it had everything on it the bread was dry that it fell apart I’ve never had a bad experience like this before we didn’t get the cheese for our pretzels the waitress wasn’t friendly at all no personality everything was dry and didn’t taste right

I got the order home, I went ahead and started eating it even though it was wrong. When I was about finished, I found a bloody doubled up band-aid. I didn't bother calling because they never fix the issues. But I will not return and will tell everyone who will listen.

Just worked a 24 hour shift came here for some chicken strips afterwards , they didnt bring out my honey mustard. Shocked , offended , scarred and personally attacked! Have you ever tried chocking a dry chicken strip, its like putting one up my ol lady when she dont want it! Luckily i had some emergency ranch in my pickup from caseys(a real store)! 0/5 dont come here if you value taste and sauce!
Ps the booths are tiny and I struggled getting my lifted truck in and out( it was tighter than a 89 year old nun)and the chicken was about as dry

Ordered an ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito and what I git was a egg burrito with one strip of bacon and to tater tots. This is not the first time it has happened and I am sure it wont be the last.

Slowest service ever. Used app to order ahead still had to wait almost 30 min. Watch at least 4 different vehicles come in after me a place order and still got food ahead. Car hop was rude. Would not go here again would drive the extra miles to go somewhere else

After waiting 20 min for the food we were missing 1 french fry the one we got was cold and hard, the popcorn chicken was also cold and hard . So wasted $38 on uneatable food and didn't have time to go back.

Everytime we go it’s something different. I get having cold food every once in awhile or something but it’s so much more than that. Constant forgotten items on big orders. Constantly getting the wrong sandwich. Ice cream orders are even messed up 90% of the time. 110% would not recommend to anyone. Not until they get some workers that care enough to change their ways and make orders correctly
