We went through the drive thru on November 10, 2024. The food was excellent. I'm writing the review because the employee working the drive thru intercom and drive up window was excellent. He was very polite and astute. Truly, truly exceptional customer service. I'm not passing judgement. I'm just trying to give credit where credit is due. This drive thru employee has a very slight speech impediment. I'm only mentioning this because I don't know how else to identify him. He was a truly exceptional employee.

Service is always great here! Hunter and the rest of the team their never deliver failed attempts of food. I have always gotten hot and fresh food from these guys, even 10 minutes before close one time. I would highly recommend that if you’re rolling through town you avoid all other fast food and go to Taco Bell. Everything else in Larned will disappoint you but Taco Bell? Never.

Have we completely lost the desire to achieve great customer service by forcing people to order by kiosk? I had never used one before couldn’t locate items I needed no help was offered though I know they heard my comments. It made you provide how many sauce packets yet when we received the order we were given all the same kind. Then we watched a senior citizen finish their meal walk up to the counter unassisted and an individual took their order. I agree with taking the order of the senior citizen but not helping a younger customer use the kiosk is discriminatory. Next time I won’t go inside

Good place for tasty old fashioned Mexican fast food. Way better than taco bell. Their combo burrito is huge, and a double meat taco burger is more than a hand full.
Compared to when we came last time this place has definitely improved, the food was hot and the dining area was a lot cleaner. Not sure if it changed management or what but good job.

I always swap the meats for black beans, it's really good. I wish all the stuff was still cheap, but you can still get some cheap food.
The place has no air conditioning so they shut the lobby down, which is fine but why are they making people work without air conditioning?? Also they ask every time if I want a receipt but never give it to me.
