Best restaurant in Latham! If you are looking for a true small town eatery, don't miss this stop. The fried catfish was delicious and the Latham Club sandwich was too notch. Cold suds and good grub.
Great place to get a Saturday evening steak. Food is very consistent. Real cowboy atmosphere because most of the patrons are real cowboys/ranchers. Chad provides multiple cusines during the week.
To reach the Latham Saloon I took the wondrous SE Stony Creek Road, off US Route 400. If you like off-the-beaten-path Americana, the Saloon meets the standard. (Latham's population is 100 +/-, so neither traffic nor parking is an issue.) Once inside the Saloon, I was warmly greeted, took a seat at the bar, and was promptly served.
