Ordered uber eats through them and they forgot my drinks. Instead of offering a solution, I was handed off to a manager and told it wasn't his responsibility it was uber eats problem!! See that's the issue instead of just saying hey would ya like a credit or we will get ya next time, nope just not his problem! As the district manager of a business that on a daily encounters hundreds of customers I am very disappointed with the service.... kinda pathetic how scared people are of good customer service!

My new favourite place to get a delicious Waigu Burger and Giant sized Onion Rings. I went there to eat before the KC Chiefs parade ended which I'm glad I did since that was a tragedy that occurred. I ordered a Bacon Cheese Waigu Beef Burger with Mayo, pickle, lettuce, onion, and mustard and Ketchup with a Order if Onion Rings and a drink and then proceeded to seat myself so I could watch the Chiefs speak onstage on one of their flatscreen TV's they had mounted on the wall. About 5 minutes later mu order came out and was brought to me which I was impressed that they did. My Burger was super tasty and juicy and it was definitely delightful to eat. I loved the large shape of the onion rings and they were so delicious and fresh out the basket. I got my own drink from their automated touchscreen drink machine that carries Coke products. I got a Diet Cherry DrPepper and it was good and not flat. It was not crowded when I went there and the atmosphere was very comfortable and I felt safe and the service was friendly and I even talked to one of the cashiers who took my order after I ate and he was super friendly. I do recommend this place and look forward to trying additional menu items when I go back to JoCo. I'm so glad I went there for more reasons than one.Parking: I was able to park around the corner on the opposite side of BurgerFi. I did observe a parking garage but do not knoll if it was one you have to pay to park at or if it's free.

Very disappointing, had the CEO burger and it was very strange. Supposed to be wagyu beef, just tasted weird. The Truffle fries were probably my favorite. Service was great. Probably wouldn't be back again. $80 for 4 people is insane.

The food was excellent but the price of the food, holy cow! But everywhere is like that I guess. My only complaint was the uncomfortable metal chairs. I guess the corporate side didn't want their customers to sit comfortably. My fiance had the veggie burger and it was delicious.
Food is AMAZING!! Got the chicken sandwich and fries; DELICIOUS! Service was great, it was quick and simple!! Ambience and overall environment was excellent. Pleasant experience for everyone, will be coming back!!

Was a very very average burger lacking in flavor and tasted like a frozen patty there fries just dumped in a bag left a very bad after taste for the price of 7 dollars for fries was expecting to be wowed instead just left with disappointment place is really nice inside though and staff was friendly just burgers were subpar

Went on recommendation of a friend. Staff was nice. But food was just ok, would compare hamburgers to IHOP or Dennys but more expensive. They had tv's that overwhelmed the dining area.

My wife stopped in because it was on our way home. Parking is iffy, but service was very fast and friendly. The burgers were very good as were the fries and onion rings. Try them with the BurgerFi sauce! Awesome! BurgerFi doesn't pretend to be upscale, just functional and friendly. It succeeded quite well. We will be back, even though it''s thirty miles away. But if we're in the area...HECK YEAH!
