The food was great, both entrees and the queso appetizer. The service was great. The dining room was clean and pleasant . . . and very VERY noisy. My friend and I could not hear when the other spoke. There was a Royals game on, so that may have contributed, but mostly it was a few tables with a lot of drinks. Sadly, it did detract from our Wednesday meal.

We went to the Cactus Grill on a Sunday. I got the Monterey Chicken burrito it was very good. I put the spicy salsa which actually has a taste and is still spicy. Kim had the taco burrito which was very tiny. Wish she had spoken up about it before she started eating. I would have sent it back.

Jose Peppers = Cactus Grill Pollo Magnifico is the best!
Food was not bad. Strawberry margarita was ok, but why only one size? Salsa was good. Service was a little lacking. I’ll try them again at some point when I’m back in town.

Service was awkward, and slow. Food was cold, and unseasoned. Manager was slightly passive aggressive while I was apologetic for my complaints. Will not be returning.
