The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was poor quality. We ordered the chicken and it was mushy and had a different seasoning than the other chipotle restaurants. They also gave smaller than usual portions. This location was not well kept and the restrooms were very dirty. We will not return to this location.

Tables all dirty 1:00 PM on Saturday. Several employees behind counter no one cleaning up. Only 2 tables full. No one in line. Aside from that food was horrible. I’m not sure if they just poured lime juice on everything to disguise the taste. They literally put cup of salsa in my bowl. I asked and they did make another one- first said sorry then I asked for the mgr. On the 2nd one I asked for salsa on the side. It still had a bad taste full of lime juice and fatty.
I was very disappointed as I have not had Chipotle in a couple years and was looking forward to it.
I’m sure you don’t care since I’m not a regular customer but I realized I did not miss anything.

Service was very poor. I noticed a extreme difference of standard of service I received. While I was in the middle of ordering my meal staff walked away and treated me as if I was an after thought. The store could be cleaner, the soft drink station isn't working properly. One drink option was completely out no Mr. Pibb not sure how this store has been managed. I see why this location has such a lower rating compared to other Chipotle in this area.

the chips were stale. and could barely chew them. also terrible customer service the lady at the front desk was giving me attitude and talking behind my back when i was telling them about the chips. horrible service would not recommend getting food from there!

This place is filthy. All tables dirty, just a mess inside. Came at 1230 pm and carne asada was old and rubbery as if reheated from day before. Serving portions are a joke. Got 8 small pieces of meat in my bowl. I will go to a different chipotle.

This location is absolutely disgusting. The counters and food containers were caked in old food. The most disturbing part was one of the workers was using their personal phone to read an online order, as they were doing this they were dragging the phone across the counter through all the old food bits, including cheese and sour cream… after they were done they placed their phone in their back pocket and proceeded to bare hand shredded cheese and put it in my bowl. We ended up throwing our food away we were so grossed out. I don’t know if the workers understand how much of a health risk this is. We will never be back.

My husband had surgery at Menorah and my daughter went to pickup a to go order for us as we waited. Absolutely terrible food. Pictures will be better than words. Black carne asada. Hardly any chicken on the bowl. Incredibly disappointing given our already tough situation. We tried reaching out to their customer service and the chat was ended when we asked for a refund.

Ordered a double portion of the carne asada and they hardly gave me enough for a single portion. The taste was fine but I expected a decent amount of steak for the $6.75 up charge.

Whenever I ordered online, they missed something. Sometimes chicken, chip. So after get my orders I should check every meal before leaving there.
Today I ordered again they missed juice and chip again.
