The worst service ever. I ordered for 2 items ( plain waffle cones bowl and ice cream)and received only 1.Talk to the manager and she tried to blame it on me by saying there don't normally serve that combination while the first employee told me the co-worker forgot to give it to the door dash person. If you don't sell an item or combination, why do you accept the order? Why do you accept the customer money??? . Telling me to send her a text when next I go to their store in order to get the item like I was asking for free item or a favor. No matter how small you think the money is, I want a refund!!!!!. The ice cream cup was dirty ..

Just not a very customer friendly location. Won’t mix two flavors unlike the other locations I’ve been to. Don’t have raspberries because they aren’t kosher. And the last time a went the ice cream was very melted. I’ve come in here because of convenience but I don’t recommend this location if you have a choice. Go to Olathe for a better experience!

The ice cream as okay, but I was paying and Jennie said that we couldn’t use 50s and so then we had to ask other people for 20s so ..

I talked to the manager because the employees over charged me. I explained calmly the situation to the manager. I even told her that I checked with the other location and she did not want to believe me. I even checked online and they told me the online price is wrong and it’s a glitch. But why are they charging $8 more from online and other locations. I was asking the manager and she started yelling at me. When I told her I will leave a bad review, she started screaming at me that I was threatening her. This was really bad service and i’ve never had anyone scream at a customer. When I started recording for proof of the manager screaming the worker started snatching the phone.

Over charged us compared to other locations, when I went to question the employees, they just called the manager. The manager then proceeded to scream at me through the phone and told me I’m wrong. I called the Olathe location and they proceeded to tell me I was correct, Though the manager at Leawood still started screaming at me. I settled for a refund and they tried not paying the tax money back. I would not recommend this location as the service is really bad and the manager will just yell at you.

Hello Cold Stone Creamery,
The smell of the cold stone is so good. We entered with a good vibes and we have explored a few menu and also the gallery of ice creams.
There are a lot of people who are ordering the ice creams and enjoying it in the evening outside of cold stone.
Coming to taste of ice cream, it was not up to the mark this is more like a normal ice cream ?, I felt like Andy’s ice cream is much more good than cold stone.
They have a number of options have number of nuts and chocolates ? the way they make ice creamis not at all the mark up to the mark.

Horrible!!! Very disappointed considering how expensive it was. Apparently their freezer is not working correctly!! Found that out AFTER paying $23. We walked out, took a couple bites and threw all of the soupy ice cream away right in front of the store. The waffle cone was stale, apparently had been out too long. I have never had an issue like this at a Cold Stone before. I should have handed the ice cream back and demanded my money back after they said their freezers were not working correctly. Like having ice cream soup....not what we wanted. WHY would you sell ICE CREAM like that & NOT say anything until after people pay???? Will never come back to this location again.
