This experience could’ve been a lot better. I showed up with my toddler first thing in the morning. I placed my order and waited for 15 minutes while listening to two of the employees talk about their personal life and high school problems while watching them eat donuts out of the conveyer. Finally, they realized my order wasn’t made yet as they said “has this one not been made yet?” I ordered 6 donuts and 1 doesn’t look like the “Blueberry Lemonade” donut I ordered. After being handed the box I reopen it and asked what this donut is supposed to be. Leah responds, that’s the blueberry lemonade one as she shuts the box and pushes it back to me. I didn’t want to start a conflict with my toddler on my shoulders so I just left.
Waiting 15 minutes for my order while employees sit around talking, when I’m the only one in the store, is one thing. But pretending this is your standard is what really made me decide to leave a review. I’ve been here before and never have had this much trouble. It’s right down the street so I’d like to be back but this was pretty frustrating.

Website lets you place orders for early pickup after opening but was told that ovens were not even on when I came in at my order pickup time (15 minutes after opening). I’d have no problem with this if the website gave you a heads up that the donuts don’t even start being prepped until they open at 7. Do not recommend placing an early morning order.
EDIT: After posting this, the owner reached out and apologized and explained it was a scheduling mishap. Offered a refund as well as a coupon for a future order. It was much appreciated and the donuts are delicious. Thank you for your help, Ryan.

Very nice people, but . . . Donuts are made by a machine like the one that makes cardboard -tasting pancakes in hotels with free breakfast. They're then dipped in toppings from a counter like Chipotle.

Put a pickup order almost 24 hours in advance for 8a today. Come in & told we needed to make more donuts so it’s not ready yet. Then why did I even bother putting the order in advance? This is probably why I’m only one here. And I sat in parking lot 20 mins before I came in and no one came! People are on their way to work in the morning they don’t have time to wait cause you’re unprepared! Do better.

I was there about a month ago I had ordered online the night before for the next day to get 3 dozen donuts I had paid over $70 including tip. I show up the next morning with my 2 toddlers thinking it would be a quick in and out. Nope they couldn’t find my order anywhere! They then asked me if I wanted to come back another time?! Like no I would like my $70 donuts now! So they start making them which 3 dozen Halloween donuts took forever my toddlers were also being super crazy that morning.
After 30min they start to close up the boxes they had icing all over the bottom I asked if they could put new bottom pieces on which they didn’t lol they just gave me 1 extra bottom piece and I guess expected me to move them from one box to the other. They were rushed looked nothing like the cute Halloween photos they had posted I literally stormed out of there in tears my toddlers are a lot that’s why I place orders to make my life easier my kids had a break down I had a breakdown.
When I first walked in no one greeted us I asked for my order they pointed to the pick up area where of course my donuts are not there. When I showed them my receipt showing the 3 dozen they seemed so annoyed. After rushing out I did go back in to grab my $70 worth of donuts the owner was nice gave me a couple coupons for the inconvenience but I won’t ever be back to use them.
The donuts were warm and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Stopped by to pick up a dozen donuts to share at work and was expecting the donuts to be pre-made. Each donut was made to order, which was a nice surprise! They had nice selections to choose from for large orders so you got a good assortment of flavors. Donuts were also delicious, I'll definitely be back for more!

Took our grandson for birthday donuts. This was our first visit. Partially my fault that I wasn't aware the donut itself was made to order. We expected just to top off already made donuts with toppings of our choice...so we weren't prepared for piping hot, soggy and flimsy donuts..difficult to pick up. The choice of donuts was no different than those available at any other donut location, in fact, there is a larger variety in a grocery store bakery/donut case. (only round cake donuts available at Duck's) . No longjohns, etc. and the price was an astonishing at 2.75 per donut. The bathrooms were locked and when we inquired about them, the employees insisted they were not. After checking, they were able to open the women's bathroom but not the men's so my grandson gave in to using the women's facility. The employee made no atempt to unlock the men's door. All together this is a way over priced place which we won't visit again.
