The fact that the donuts are made fresh to order is awesome! Every donut we tried was extremely good — and I’m not usually a fan of heavily topped donuts. I typically prefer simple glazed, but I tried the Peanut Butter, French Toast, and Cinnamon Bun, and all were phenomenal. I even ate the cinnamon bun and the French toast one a day later so it wasn't as fresh but tasted great anyways! The Peanut Butter was definitely my favorite.
My husband got three bacon donuts, including the one with caramel drizzle, and he loved every single one. My oldest went with a classic chocolate-iced and enjoyed it, while my youngest tried the Strawberry Shortcake and wasn’t a fan of that one but loved the Vanilla Confetti and Cookies & Cream.
The employee working was the only one there during our visit, but she was friendly and very helpful since this was our first time trying Duck Donuts. My husband’s job caters from here frequently, and he’s been talking up the bacon donuts — so he was excited for us to finally try it too.
I do wish there was a location closer to us (although that might be dangerous 😜). The only downside was the dining area could’ve been cleaner. It wasn’t as bad as some reviews/photos mention, but not a single table had been wiped down despite it being pretty slow.
Overall, we will definitely be back. We were just there Sunday and I’m already ready for more! 🍩✨

I probably should have looked around before placing my order. The integrity of the store is on display when you walk in but you are eager to see what kind of donuts they have and miss all the uncleanliness...that is until you are standing there waiting for them to top each one of your donuts. Filthy floor, dirt caked into corners/edges, dirty rugs, counters, walls, trash, dirty tables, etc. If the front of the house, your FIRST IMPRESSION, is that dirty, you can only imagine the back of the house and how they do things. Honestly not excited to try these donuts anymore. I should have cancelled my order, got my money back and walked out. Will definitely not be returning. I'll save you the trip and disappointment.

Tucked along my walking route, this spot is the perfect place to pause and recharge halfway through a morning stroll. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee greets you at the door, and the perfectly glazed warm donut is just the kind of indulgence that makes the moment memorable. Add in the cheerful smiles from the friendly staff, and suddenly it’s not just a break—it’s a ritual. A simple pleasure that fuels both body and spirit for the walk back home.

Wrong order, wrong item, confused employees, i think Food inspector should investigate this place, the way they make it, hygienically wrongful. Teenagers working, their friends hanging out with them. Horrible experience never coming back again at this location. Disgusting unprofessional. Touching other foods in one gloves…

Took 25min to get 2 donuts and coffee. Had to interrupt the conversation between the employees and their friend twice to remind them we ordered a coffee. They grabbed the ice with their bare hands for the iced coffee. The donuts were wirery compared to the pictures also the icing was watery and ran off of the donuts. Not sure where the good reviews are coming from but it wold take a lot to bring me back here

This experience could’ve been a lot better. I showed up with my toddler first thing in the morning. I placed my order and waited for 15 minutes while listening to two of the employees talk about their personal life and high school problems while watching them eat donuts out of the conveyer. Finally, they realized my order wasn’t made yet as they said “has this one not been made yet?” I ordered 6 donuts and 1 doesn’t look like the “Blueberry Lemonade” donut I ordered. After being handed the box I reopen it and asked what this donut is supposed to be. Leah responds, that’s the blueberry lemonade one as she shuts the box and pushes it back to me. I didn’t want to start a conflict with my toddler on my shoulders so I just left.
Waiting 15 minutes for my order while employees sit around talking, when I’m the only one in the store, is one thing. But pretending this is your standard is what really made me decide to leave a review. I’ve been here before and never have had this much trouble. It’s right down the street so I’d like to be back but this was pretty frustrating.

The donuts were very good and the variety is extensive!
These donuts are a little more expensive than some other donut places, but so worth it. Such a good variety and so fresh and warm.
Website lets you place orders for early pickup after opening but was told that ovens were not even on when I came in at my order pickup time (15 minutes after opening). I’d have no problem with this if the website gave you a heads up that the donuts don’t even start being prepped until they open at 7. Do not recommend placing an early morning order.
EDIT: After posting this, the owner reached out and apologized and explained it was a scheduling mishap. Offered a refund as well as a coupon for a future order. It was much appreciated and the donuts are delicious. Thank you for your help, Ryan.
Very nice people, but . . . Donuts are made by a machine like the one that makes cardboard -tasting pancakes in hotels with free breakfast. They're then dipped in toppings from a counter like Chipotle.
The place is filthy. Just beyond dirty.
