Put a pickup order almost 24 hours in advance for 8a today. Come in & told we needed to make more donuts so it’s not ready yet. Then why did I even bother putting the order in advance? This is probably why I’m only one here. And I sat in parking lot 20 mins before I came in and no one came! People are on their way to work in the morning they don’t have time to wait cause you’re unprepared! Do better.

I was there about a month ago I had ordered online the night before for the next day to get 3 dozen donuts I had paid over $70 including tip. I show up the next morning with my 2 toddlers thinking it would be a quick in and out. Nope they couldn’t find my order anywhere! They then asked me if I wanted to come back another time?! Like no I would like my $70 donuts now! So they start making them which 3 dozen Halloween donuts took forever my toddlers were also being super crazy that morning.
After 30min they start to close up the boxes they had icing all over the bottom I asked if they could put new bottom pieces on which they didn’t lol they just gave me 1 extra bottom piece and I guess expected me to move them from one box to the other. They were rushed looked nothing like the cute Halloween photos they had posted I literally stormed out of there in tears my toddlers are a lot that’s why I place orders to make my life easier my kids had a break down I had a breakdown.
When I first walked in no one greeted us I asked for my order they pointed to the pick up area where of course my donuts are not there. When I showed them my receipt showing the 3 dozen they seemed so annoyed. After rushing out I did go back in to grab my $70 worth of donuts the owner was nice gave me a couple coupons for the inconvenience but I won’t ever be back to use them.

Stopped by to pick up a dozen donuts to share at work and was expecting the donuts to be pre-made. Each donut was made to order, which was a nice surprise! They had nice selections to choose from for large orders so you got a good assortment of flavors. Donuts were also delicious, I'll definitely be back for more!

Took our grandson for birthday donuts. This was our first visit. Partially my fault that I wasn't aware the donut itself was made to order. We expected just to top off already made donuts with toppings of our choice...so we weren't prepared for piping hot, soggy and flimsy donuts..difficult to pick up. The choice of donuts was no different than those available at any other donut location, in fact, there is a larger variety in a grocery store bakery/donut case. (only round cake donuts available at Duck's) . No longjohns, etc. and the price was an astonishing at 2.75 per donut. The bathrooms were locked and when we inquired about them, the employees insisted they were not. After checking, they were able to open the women's bathroom but not the men's so my grandson gave in to using the women's facility. The employee made no atempt to unlock the men's door. All together this is a way over priced place which we won't visit again.

Oh man we LOVE this place!! I love how they make your flavor right there so they aren’t “sitting out” for a long time like other places. They are always so warm and fresh, most of the time they don’t even make it out of the parking lot this is a MUST TRY!

Had to wait a very very long time for a dozen donuts
I ordered a dozen of donuts early morning. I showed up in the place but it said it was closed when it supposed to be open. Since I arrived earlier I waited some time but the sign in the door never changed to Open. Any way I went in at the time my order said. There was a lady in the front desk, she was vert friendly and welcoming. She already had my order ready and even made sure my order items were right. Ot was a good experience in the place. Now the donuts. They were amazing, great taste, warm and so soft. I will definitely buy from this place again.

The inside of the building is really nice, and the donuts taste great, but I gave them a 3 today because the doughnuts seem smaller than they used to be, and the staff just seems miserable. The gentleman who greeted me was very mono tone, no one looked up, no smiles, and just it felt really awkward.

this was the worst duck donuts weve ever been to. We were never greeted, the staff was miserable and never once smiled..not a singke person. At other Duck Donuts weve been to, they prepare the donuts in front if you as part of the experience, but not here..its a mess of dough sprinkles and iciing. They got our order wrong and the donuts looked like a 3 year old made them and when I pointed out that we were missing one she snatched back the box and said, "is that all?" Wow, just Wow. Then she gave it back with iciing spilling over OUT of the box. For something so extremely over priced, i expect better.
