We took our daughters here for a fun weekend treat and were pretty disappointed from the moment we walked in. There were two girls working and both had horrible customer service. No greeting, no smiles, no acknowledgment of our presence other than making our order, no effort in making our order look nice and a general annoyed demeanor with both. On top of that, I’m pretty sure absolutely zero food and safety requirements were being followed here. The machine that makes the donuts was absolutely disgusting. Caked with batter and looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in at least a week. The station where they dip the donuts and add their toppings was equally as filthy. Toppings and icing scattered and splattered everywhere. All of the toppings had several icings dripped inside of them. Our box was handed to us covered in icing and smears of batter. The donuts were sloppy and looked like something my cousin’s toddler would make. Absolutely despicable. The health department should really come and pay this place a visit.

Not sure what's going on, if there was a big change in ownership or employees???, but these donuts today were nothing like the ones we have in the past. It was like they shrunk them in half, and over did them! Hoping they fix it! Likely will give them another chance but if it happens again no more! The fam was disappointed today.

Good evening, my family and I drove 2 1/2 hours today for a fun family activity and donuts and went to your store after hearing duck donuts is amazing.From the moment my daughter and I walked in we were never greeted. A lady stood at the counter and I told her we had never been before and asked what was good. There no communication other than pointed to the pictures and picking out the donuts from the pictures on the counter.We ordered a dozen and she started making them. She would take the donuts and throw them in the bins of icing, no neatness to them at all. All the flavors were mixed by the end of it because she slopped the other items on top of the icing.We ordered another dozen for a friend and she remained the same. When she finished my daughter said “ thank you” she turned and walked away without a word, so I thought maybe she didn’t hear my daughter so I said “thank you” no acknowledgment at all my the lady.This was by at one of the worst customer interactions I have ever had. By the time we got home a lot of the icing has melted and combined.The friend I bought the dozen for ended up throwing hers in the trash due to the taste. Ours was NOT far behind.

The boxes that my donuts came in were covered in icing. Seemed like the employee had rushed to get my order done despite having plenty of time before the promised pick up time and no other customers in the store and as a result all the icing and toppings had melted off of the donuts and mixed together at the bottom of the box. Horrible presentation and didn't resemble what they advertise in the slightest. I have had donuts from this location before that were much better than this but this last order leaves me hesitant to go back.

Disappointed today as the donuts are half the size as they are normally. I guess they are using a lot less batter now with the same prices. Such a shame. I ate one before I took this pic. They are still delicious though.

Donuts were great. More expensive than typical donuts, but they are not typical donuts: cake donuts made to order and served warm. They put on a lot of toppings. Coffee was not to my taste. I thought it was weak and overpriced. I will be back for donuts but will stop somewhere else for coffee.

I've visited Duck Donuts all over the country and THIS LOCATION was by far the worst...my family and I drove over an hour to this location over 6 months ago and still feel the sting of our experience...We purchased two dozen donuts and they were ALL ice cold...we literally come here for the cook to order donuts and our family has never been so disappointed...the worker offered a card for their district manager to replace the order but the visit was so disappointing our family no longer even craves Duck Donuts and before we couldn't get enough of Duck Donuts in our hometown..

Mushy, soggy donuts. Excessively sweet and just sloppy. They are out of coffee?Super expensive. 3 employees (with 0 customers besides me) but they couldn’t be bothered to take out the overflowing trash, nor sweep the dirty floor or wipe tables. First time visit. Will not be back.
