My wife and I have been here a few times and the food is terrific. The service is good too. Their beers are excellent, I normally drink KC Bier's Helles and I had their Blonde Bock. Definitely recommend. It's right across from AMC Town Center so it's an easy dinner and a movie restaurant.

It seems like forever since we've been here. Caught the tail end of happy hour and had a nice dinner. Our waitress, Karina, was great! Very knowledgeable and engaging.

Megan was amazing!!! She made me feel like a friend as soon as I sat down. She was knowledgeable about the menu and beer, but she made my meal fun by being friendly and attentive. Great service! I will be back. By the way the food was good.

Food was great. Utensils were dirty.. I seen the server open someone’s burger with her bare hands before serving it... my waiter appeared to be on some time of influence. Overall okay experience could of been better

Myself and 8 other people sat at 6pm. We all ordered from the restaurant week menu. The salads came pretty quickly. Then we waited 40 minutes for our appetizers. They served about half of the tables appetizers when they started to bring out the entrees. Specifically the steaks. We refused them and told the runner that we are still waiting on appetizers. As we waited for the remaining appetizers different runners kept trying to bring the same steak entrees out 2 more times. The last runner snapping at us and saying "well I can't just hold them". At this point we asked for the manager. He very quickly came over and listened to our complaints and voiced that there is a spacing/ timing issue. Before he left he asked if there was anything he could bring while he was here. One person asked for a refill on her drink. Not much longer after this the last of the appetizers came out followed by the SAME steak entrees. The entrees were again refused since we just got the last of our appetizers. At this point we had accrued a wall of empty glasses. Those of us that had been waiting on our appetizers had finished and they began again to bring out the entrees starting with the steaks. The same steaks that were now cold. Some of us sent it back and asked that it was reheated others just gave up. Once again my friend had to ask for her refill since it never came. When it was time for dessert we could tell that they had been sitting out for a while. The brownie that I had ordered was cold and the ice cream that had been on top was now mostly melted and fallen off to the side. When we received our receipts the manager had comped half of our bills. Overall the food itself was great and along with the manager making things right is one of the key reasons why I gave my review 3 stars. The Lobster shrimp mac and cheese, chicken wings, crab and Arti Dip ( my date and I shared) were superb! Though I should note it appeared as if they were running out of dishes. People at our table were receiving the same appetizers but on various dishes some big and some small. I believe that managment and staff were under prepared for restaurant week.

Our waitress was not lively nor energetic to say the least - my chopped salad had brown lettuce and barely any blue cheese crumbles - friend wanted fried chicken sandwich instead of grilled and they claim they didn’t have any flour! This place tries to be elite and is comparable to an Applebee’s .

Started out with being called sugar and then we got over cooked steaks. Then the new steaks came and still a no go but didn't feel like waiting any longer my sons apple's tasted like soap and all we got was not sure. I would give a negative star but it wasn't available

Garlic steamed mussels & ahai tuna favorite appetizers. My wife and I have been here more than a handful of times. The atmosphere is great, the service and drinks are even better, and the food is hard to beat. 10/10

Some of the best fish and chips in KC! They have some good apps and a lot of beers on tap. Service is always good. I would say the only issue here is parking. You have to park across a busy street and walk or in the parking garage around the corner.

Great atmosphere, setting, and delicious food. I would recommend the burgers with the garlic fries. The authentic German beer is just as good as you'd expect - I tried a flight. Well worth the cost.
