Dirty bathrooms. When we told the front counter our chips were expired they didn’t give us new ones and just turned away from us with no words. The workers were also talking bad about past customers loudly while we were there

Had to wait 2 hours for our freaky slow delivery and only received half the order and we were told we could come pick the rest of it up. This is the third time in a row this store has failed miserably with service. Unwiched was literally a pile with virtually no lettuce. Do better Jimmy John’s. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I ordered a chicken cesar wrap and the gentleman that wrapped it obviously didn't care if how it looked. It looked a hot mess!!!! Very disappointed in this. You should care about the quality and appearance of your product.

Terribly disappointed. They have been sending me tons of emails advertising their New Toasted Subs, save your money folks, not good at all. I ordered the Bacon Chicken Ranch, very little chicken or bacon on there, it was mostly lettuce, I asked them to cut in half, it wasn't cut. The sub bun looked very small compared to their regular sandwiches. Thanks for making it easier to choose from Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mike's for a quick work lunch. Jersey Mike's for me from now on.

Ordered here twice- first time, they sent my sandwich with no meat. When I ordered again to use my store credit, they told me they'd have it in 15-20 minutes- it took over an hour! I ordered it before my break, got it after, no lunch. This location is useless.

Terrible customer service. The person taking the order did not speak loudly to get our order correct. Our order was incorrect... Surprise.

Other orders in our party were also incorrect. Avoid this place

They were also out of plastic cutlery

I would absolutely not recommend this location. It is the dirtiest and most unreliable location in the entire metro. I have been waiting on a $10 refund since 12/10 because I drove up to pick up an online order only to find the store was out of bread, lettuce and ice so they could not fulfill my online order. The manager, Kevin, has been emailing with me promising a refund but is so full of excuses it’s insane.
A previous time I was in he was telling a possible franchisee about being a location owner and all he talked about was how hot and rich the Chiefs wives are that come in. It was absolutely disgusting.
Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered delivery to the shopping center across the street as I’m at work and cannot leave. After waiting forty minutes I called to check on my sandwich and they said it was ready but they didn’t have a delivery driver and was waiting for an Uber delivery driver. Immediately after hanging up I then recieved a text message that they set up an Uber delivery. So my sandwich had been sitting and only after I called did they set up a delivery that then took another 20 min.

On Saturday I came in to pick up a team order consisting of 20 individual sandwiches only to realize that the order had been placed for the wrong day. I was supposed to deliver the meals to Rockhurst within 30-45 minutes of my arrival. At first, I was told that there was no way that they could start and make the entire order - they didn't believe they had enough bread and it was the lunch hour. Walker (who may have been the manager but if not, he was definitely a great leader!) helped me problem solve. We tried calling another location who simply said they couldn't help me. He then told me that he could perhaps make half the order and that he would call to see if a third location could do the other half. Ultimately though, he threw more bread in the oven and got his team to work. He was going to let me know when they got half way through. He offered me a drink while I waited and I sat there patiently, happy for any help he was able to provide. In what seemed like less than ten minutes, his team had gone ahead and made the entire order for me. I then wanted to go through the chips as I had been warned that we might be short a few bags of chips. One of the other kids there was super sweet and gladly went through the bag to help me count. He easily could have been annoyed with me but he was not. I purchased the rest of the chips we were missing and made it to Rockhurst only 15 minutes late. I was genuinely so appreciative of their help. It was nice to see someone so willing to help problem solve and an entire team of people work together to get something done. Please please let Walker (and the entire team who was working Saturday during the lunch period) know how much I appreciate their willingness to help! They really stepped up.
