Don’t even bother trying get delivery. For the second time they never delivered and after a phone call they said “oh yeah someone was supposed to call you. We don’t have a delivery guy tonight”. Oh yeah? That would have been a helpful phone call if anyone ever had actually made it

Someone overheard my kid asking for a cookie (dad said no) and they threw one in the bag. Clearly they are listening at least some to the time. Was a kind gesture.

Everything inside that store is dirty , the floors disgusting special inside the kitchen all the appliances dirty tables everything needs cleaning so sad they don’t know what clean means ?

The guy working here today was so rude, definitely never coming back. Is Glaring at your customers a part of the orientation? So passive aggressive and hostile. What the actual heck is wrong with him, what a tough guy. After I read the other reviews It looks like a recurring problem. The sandwich took forever and was small. One slice of turkey, really? Hard pass on this place.

I come in at least once a week, but I'm done after this last trip. The teenagers that work here and run this place have the worst attitudes and seem put out by the smallest request. Find a different place for subs.

In addition to overheard remarks about Black people thier food tastes old. Maybe that's why they Load the sandwich with so much so they can get rid of stuff that's expiring. I saw a post about arotten tomato found on a sandwich before so it isn't that unbelievable. BTW someone from the company removed my last bit of feedback due to them hiring racists who are open about it.

No way Jose!I work at the mall next door… we order JJ a lot. This particular day we were busy and decided JJ was a great idea! The food is always high quality and satisfying with the BEST unwiches… when we ordered, the website said “longer than normal delivery times” which we totally understood. Some time had gone by when I saw my phone light up and I checked it when I finished with my customer. Strange number from KCK.. I called it back (they left no message) I talked to“Someone” that said Jose the manager cancelled my order because he didn’t have any drivers… now my issue isn’t the no delivery, the issue is cancelling the order without talking to me because I would have told them I will pick it up it’s no big deal… I talked to Jose and he says “I called you it isn’t my responsibility to leave a message because you didn’t answer”.. excuse me what?????!!!!!!Then why bother calling!!!! I said I’m working just like you are and I called you back less than one minute after I saw the missed call.. he said “well it’s already deleted so.. “.. absolutely horrible customer service. He offered no apology just a monotonous condescending tone. It was a $50 order which we ended up ordering doordash Jersey Mikes which was awesome.. I’m sorry to see the management ruining this place.. normally it was our go to.

I normally don’t write reviews. I know my words will not do a justice. However, the two employees that helped me this afternoon deserve to be recognized, complimented, and rewarded. These men went above and beyond to create a superior customer experience easily unmatched by competitors.I have worked in the service industry for 15 years. During that time: I’ve worked at multiple sandwich shops and food places. So, I know what it’s all about.This Jimmy John’s isn’t even comparable to any I have had in the past; easily one of the two best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The food quality was outstanding. The ratio of items on the sandwich was perfection: not too much or not too little of anything. The sandwich even looked like it belonged on company advertisements.I don’t live close to this area, but I will happily go out of my way to visit this store in the future.I’m pretty certain even dementia could not make me forget this experience. I highly recommend.

Ordered through the app great experience overall. Very good food. When we walked in we were greated with a very friendly staff it felt like a neighborhood diner. Very customer focused. Will be back for sure.Kid-friendliness: My kids loved it and ate ALL of their food!

Ordered two beach clubs online for carry out. Got home, neither had turkey on them. Called and they said they would re-make them, so I drove back up and picked them up. They still didn’t have turkey. I guess I should have checked in my car. I just couldn’t fathom how they could leave the main ingredient/protein off the sandwiches twice in a row. There are about four teenagers standing around in there at any given time. How they can’t figure out how to make a sandwich correctly truly baffles me.

I get it, this day and age it’s hard to find workers. However, myself and others that are in my inner circle have ordered from here, waited 30+ minutes for our food…, to only be called and explained that they have no drivers. You’d think that as soon as a delivery order comes through you’d call, but I suppose not?
