Got 4 loads of fresh bread... $19. That is insane, way too damn expensive for loafs of bread.

I deal with it because it's close by and cheap, but good god the people here are so so so so rude. Literally will not say a single word to me so I've learned to just order and gtfo as fast as possible. Had an employee try his level best pick an argument with me when my rewards account wasn't working correctly. Quality of the food is fine but it's just a lunchmeat sandwich, not exactly rocket science.

I've gone here for years because of convenience and nearly every time, especially today, there has been some kind of service/attitude issue with this store. Only this store. A change of management would be a breath of fresh air for this location

When I need a quick bite, we love going to Jimmy Johns. The food is always good, the place is clean, but the service is awful there. I didn't catch his name, but I will next time.

We've always gone to this particular shop because its closest to our house, every time this guy is so rude! He makes it out like we're in there a minute til close. When I see online they dont close til 9, we randomly have gone in around 7-830, this time it was 830, because we're renovation our house and can't just get something in the kitchen right now.

This guy mouthed to his coworker "we're in pretty late, and it pisses him off". Then proceeded to turn the lights off on us!! I had to use the bathroom, so I went, then came out to my fiance saying "let's go, he was kicking us out".

Jimmy John's is supposed to be known for being freaky fast on delivery. I ordered from them and didn't get my food until 45 minutes later and I'm literally 3/4 mile away. Come to find out they were using Uber for delivery. Very disappointed in them with this order!!

Just a heads up that this is what $6.49 gets you at Jimmy John’s. I had confusion as to what to order to get meat and bread only. I was directed to order the slim and received a tiny slice of turkey and bread. It cost more and was much smaller than the first sandwich that we mistakenly
ordered and also paid for (Little John). I would have appreciated a higher level of customer service and understanding. Also, the slim serving of turkey was absolutely unacceptable for $6.49 compared to what you get at Pickleman’s or other fresh sandwich shops. I am really surprised by this tiny serving size so I felt compelled to write a review which I never do.

A-Team Travels

I contacted this location to place an order for carryout. The location seemed quite busy so I decided to order once I arrived. The service was fast and friendly and I was able to customize the ingredients on each sandwich ? to mine and my husband's liking.

The order was made fresh and according to our specifications. The restaurant was clean, well organized and efficiently managed.

I asked about the wraps - which I'm glad they kept on the menu after summer so we get a chance to try them in the future. The employees gave their honest opinion about each wrap to help guide my future decisions when ordering from that portion of the menu.

My husband and I were both pleased when we got home to eat lunch. It was accurate, fresh and delicious ?. I'd definitely return to this location. Great value for the money ?. Additionally, they provided a great experience all the way around!

Vegetarian options: There are ways to customize the menu offerings to accommodate various dietary choices.

Parking: Small parking lot but many spaces were available upon our arrival.

AmazingOnline order from 2mins away. Was ready when I walked in. This plays pays attention to detail. Both beach club and pickle were excellent. Yes other chains mess this up, not these guys!! Well done.

Waiting out back behind the business in the parking lot for my friend to get off work at the Leawood Kansas location when I overheard an employee say that a "friend" paid him $15 to say the 'n' word. The other employee said that he's on camera heard saying the 'n' word but no footage of his face while saying it. Conversations like these about how they so casually use the word make me never want to purchase anything ever from your company. I may just be one person but, not a penny more will go to you out of my pocket. I hope something will be done about the people you choose to hire. If the camera's out behind the building work then I'm sure it caught it all. Have a good day
