I have never came on here to leave a negative review, but tonight there were 2 guys working in this location. The guy working the counter needs lessons on customer service. I asked to add pickles and onion to my club sandwich plus some extra mayo. He got the tub of mayo out and tossed it on the counter and I said oh wow now thats some mayo! His reply was noooo. I didnt want to open it and was annoyed I asked. I was thinking dang dude.. it's just some saran wrap on a tub of mayo. I live in New Mexico where we dont have a JJs I'd been in the car 14 hrs driving and just wanted to stretch, relax, and have some good food. Which the food was good as always. If sales are down it's definitely ol boy causing it. Normally hubs and I get the combo..Then go back for a cookie but tonight we just got the sandwiches and took it to go. Ain't got the time for someone who is annoyed with my business.

Asked for a giant. Asked to half mustard on half and mayo on the other half as I was splitting.
It's not hard to do that. It takes 0 more time. Idk if this is policy but that's dumb. And I hate jimmy johns just for that.
Next. Subway does a way better sandwich. Y'all are basic.
If I had gotten the mustard how I wanted I'd still say the sandwich sucks but like ..this is my first time at a Jimmy John's. And it sucks.
Going to subway next time.

Quick, clean, and consistently fresh! The team at this Jimmy John’s location is always friendly and gets your order out freaky fast, just like they promise. I stopped by during lunch and was impressed by how efficient the service was, even during a rush. The sandwiches are always made just right, and the bread is soft and fresh every time. Great spot for a quick bite if you’re in the area. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to!

Ordered sandwiches for my coworkers and I today, when we got the sandwiches we realized it was mostly bread and lettuce with little to no meat at all. Just a little disappointed at the quality control .

I deal with it because it's close by and cheap, but good god the people here are so so so so rude. Literally will not say a single word to me so I've learned to just order and gtfo as fast as possible. Had an employee try his level best pick an argument with me when my rewards account wasn't working correctly. Quality of the food is fine but it's just a lunchmeat sandwich, not exactly rocket science.

I've gone here for years because of convenience and nearly every time, especially today, there has been some kind of service/attitude issue with this store. Only this store. A change of management would be a breath of fresh air for this location

When I need a quick bite, we love going to Jimmy Johns. The food is always good, the place is clean, but the service is awful there. I didn't catch his name, but I will next time.
We've always gone to this particular shop because its closest to our house, every time this guy is so rude! He makes it out like we're in there a minute til close. When I see online they dont close til 9, we randomly have gone in around 7-830, this time it was 830, because we're renovation our house and can't just get something in the kitchen right now.
This guy mouthed to his coworker "we're in pretty late, and it pisses him off". Then proceeded to turn the lights off on us!! I had to use the bathroom, so I went, then came out to my fiance saying "let's go, he was kicking us out".

Jimmy John's is supposed to be known for being freaky fast on delivery. I ordered from them and didn't get my food until 45 minutes later and I'm literally 3/4 mile away. Come to find out they were using Uber for delivery. Very disappointed in them with this order!!
