😞Darnella needs to be fired. Tried to get some food today, but was unsuccessful. Did not succeed. Darnella, who claims to be the manager, at the 95th and mission Ranchmart location in Leawood, KS is the antithesis of everything McDonald's stands for . She needs to be fired. She had a terrible belligerent attitude. Did not smile. Did not follow anything regarding "Lovin it". Did not assist customer needing assistance at self order kiosk. How long does it take to get a Diet Coke at 10:40am??? Apparently 30 min!😡. Won’t be back!
