Made a mobile order (yes on Christmas, their location said they were open) the mobile app took my money when we got there it look as though cars were going through the drive-through. I put my number in to say what spot I was in, I waited. Nothing. Went to use the door, locked. Went through the drive-through, no response, called no answer. Annoyed.

Dry stale bun. Drink dispenser behind the counter so you have to have an employee get refills for you and they have big attitude when they do it. Of course they do, what a stupid way to piss off your customers AND employees. Was a great spot before the remodel. Now it is the worst
Manager was working super fast! He was getting everyone’s orders left and right! Staff were really nice and the atmosphere was great. The tables were all clean.

One of the drive through lanes had a broken microphone or they were ignoring that one. Several orders were taken at the other one while I waited to be noticed. Eventually I pulled into the main line, waited several more minutes, and finally got to place my order at the window. They got it completely wrong. AVOID THIS MCDONALDS. They are careless and unprofessional.

Too bad the drive thru took forever, never took my order, went inside, the order machine was broken, went to sanitize my hands and both dispensers were broken, and the tables were dirty. Just a miss after another miss. I don’t expect quality or even decent - but I expect “better than bad.”
