Made us park and wait for our food in a terrible spot where our car kept almost getting hit. Took 5 minutes to get food and it was cold, hashbrowns were soggy, and best of all they forgot the sauce for the breakfast burrito. Will not be returning to this location.

This used to be the best mcdonald's. Now, ever since the pandemic, all the good employees have disappeared. I eat here about once a week for close to twenty years. One out of three times they get your order wrong. Please check your order before you leave. This morning. I was in a hurry and did not check my order. I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin, and I got a sausage biscuit with extra cheese. I also ordered a breakfast burrito with mild sauce, and they gave me three packets of hot. First world problems, I know, but it's getting ridiculous.

Can’t follow simple order directions, don’t care about the people in the front diner trying to order. Have people waiting 10- 15 mins just to order. Very unprofessional… I said my order twice and they still gave it to me wrong & had me waiting for 10 mins just to get my order fixed. They needa do better!

Overall the outside looks well kept.
Inside, staff periodically wiped tables off and somewhat on to the floor but didn’t clean the floor.
Took 5 minutes to be recognized at the counter.
Staff was pleasant food and drink were quick. Food wasn’t fresh , drink was good.
Tv was blittering not picking up a Chanel - adjust or turn off please

Cashier hit cash instead of card. Re-rang the order and did not give me the discount from my mobile app. The fries were cold, and the drink was wrong. The person at the front desk was disinterested and said I could come back tomorrow when the manager was there.
This mcdonalds is HORRIBLE! FOOD HORRIBLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE! They couldnt find my mobile order & told me it was my fault, on top of one of the coworkers calling me a racial slur! I recommend yall stay far away from this location & it’s dirty i saw mice.
