I have been a regular at the 119th & Roe McDonald's since November 2018. This store has the best food, best kitchen people, best servers, friendly Managers, and is super clean. When it's early morning, it's great. Can't complain too much, got several times where I've gone up for breakfast and the food was right. Even a couple minutes late for hot food is ok.
Midday and evening however is garbage. Several workers not in uniform, not wearing shoes or have anything covering their feet with said feet on the table and seats. Allowing what looks like customers go to the back, and wait times on food is LONG. Even 7-8 minutes on fries just for your nuggets to be cold, fries oversalted, and burgers that taste like SOY, because the night group is allergic to beef.
Pictures below is of the guy wearing a Puma shirt, flip-flops and shorts of who ran in the back several times, no badgeand yet he is allowed to change the paper in the kiosks? Makes no sense.

Ordered delivery through the app. 45 minutes after placing the order, our dasher called us saying that McDonald’s got our order wrong and she needed to go back and fix it. When we got the food, half our order was missing (drinks and fries that could have easily fit in the bag). We (thankfully) got a partial refund, but it was very disappointing overall.
This McDonald’s consistently forgets things in your order.
