Very annoyed with AI ordering! I ordered a hamburger and mushroom deep dish size small with extra sauce. What I got was a cheeseburger pizza with mushrooms. It had pickles and mustard on it and it was terrible! $22.00 and couldn't eat it.

Ordered 2 small pizzas to go. One keto crust one cauliflower. Both had very little cheese on it and the keto which was beef and onion very very little on it. $47 for 2 10 inch pizzas. That was a first and last time at Minsky's.

I have been here to this location numerous of times and tonight I went there to get a pizza and they gave my order to someone else???? When I asked what happened, they said they didn’t know??? Apparently someone with the same name and number ordered the same food? I have never had this happen before at any place I didn’t want to stay to have it remade because it’s already passed 10pm.

Called in order. Auto order sucks. Went to pick up order they had no idea and employee laughed. No option to speak to a REAL person. Very disappointed in customer service. This is not the first time the automated has screwed up.

One of my top two favorite pizza places in Kansas City. The build your own calzone is my favorite item to order at Minsky’s. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant is in a nice area with plenty of dining area room.

I ordered through the website ans was charged $177, the manager called me to get my card again. I was promised they wasn't taking money out again and that was incorrect. I was then promised my pending charges would fall off...that turned out to be been incorrect as well. Minskys has done nothing as far as customer service to assist me other than say I need to wait a few more days. I have paid almost $400 for 6 pizzas now.

Everything was great until my son opened up the Parmesan shaker by accident and the inside of the shaker was filled with RUST AND MOLD. It was after my kids had already put it on their pizza and ate it too. I asked the server how often they clean them and she told me “a couple times a week” but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was disgusting and I will never go to a minskys ever again.
