If you’re looking for a meal that doesn’t just satisfy your hunger but leaves you in awe, then look no further than Mission Taco. From the very first bite, I knew I was in for something extraordinary—this wasn’t just your average taco joint. The flavors? Unbelievable. The freshness? Unmatched. Every bite of their tacos, bursting with bold, authentic flavors, completely blew my expectations out of the water.
And it’s not just the food that stands out—it’s the service. Walking in, I felt like I was more than just another customer. It was as if I had been welcomed into a family, with the staff treating each table like they’ve known you for years. Orders were taken swiftly, and before I could even get comfortable, the food was already in front of me—piping hot and perfectly prepared.
Mission Taco isn’t just a place to eat; it’s an experience. One where passion for food meets a deep love for community, and you feel it from the moment you step inside. Exceptional food, incredible service, and a vibe that makes you want to come back again and again. This is a taco mission you don’t want to miss!

Came in last night around 7:30pm and we had mixed reviews. The chips were nice, but the sides were meh. Cheese felt like it was straight out of a can, barely melted. Our meals felt, I guess tasteless. Like it needed salt/flavor. Our server never came back till the very end to refill our water and it wasn't a busy night. Just 3-4 tables occupied. Afterwards my sister went to the bathroom before we left and she said that it was gross and there was pee all over the floor. All of us agreed it was a 2.5-2.9/5 on the food. Definitely can see this place just being a hit or a miss. Might depend on the time you go.

I love this place. The service is always friendly, and the food is always amazing! The second time I've been here, and we ordered over the internet with a projected wait time of 15-20 minutes. It was ready in 12.... after we found out it wasn't as busy as we thought, we decided to eat inside the restaurant again. The servers were all cool, and for you old school skaters, the entire inside of the building is decorated in Thrasher magazine and Santa Cruz skateboard banners...... and 1 single Powell Peralta skateboards sticker, really small, on the wall next to a table on the way to the bathrooms...... if you're a BMX or freestyle bike rider,(like I was a million years ago) the entire place will probably be offensive!!!! Be warned! Enjoy the tacos!!! They also have vegan options for all of you communists... the entire place is a single plane hardwood floor with wide entry doors and bathroom doors, so a wheelchair is never a problem unless you're gigantic...... then that's your fault. It's kid friendly as well...... because all kids like tacos, unless they're soulless gingers..... then they can go eat kale chips and drink tree bark tea.

Carne asada tacos were delish!
Parking: There is street parking along Ash as well as a parking garage. But to just run in to pick up a to go order, it would be great if there was a single designated spot in front of the restaurant for pick up since street parking is difficult to come by especially on a weekend evening.

First off, got the runs an hour after eating a burrito here. Not coming back.
Wait staff give it the minimum.
The atmosphere is fun if you have kids that can play in the courtyard area. Just stick to drinks though.
