I usually eat at the original location (for decades!) on Metcalf since it's in my neighborhood. This is my first time at the Town Center location. I could not fault them. They were busy, but still got fast service and good food. I still think the dolmades are just slightly better at the Metcalf location. But I was happy. Well done! Also interior was very nice and clean. Best Tsaziki in the world...prove me wrong.

I just witnessed the worst human interaction by the cashier to a sweet older lady. I was just waiting for a to go order and this employee practically bullied and belittled this poor old lady who obviously isn’t a mind reader. She apparently forgot to pay for part of her order and didn’t have any idea. She went to pay and the girl at the cashier made her feel so stupid and wouldn’t help her at all. She just attacked her verbally with defensive statements. A cook even overheard and was trying to be apologetic. If that has been my grandma, I would have chewed this girl out. I got the impression this was a regular customer based on her confused responses. If this is how this restaurant treats their regular paying guests, I will never bring my family here. I feel so sorry for this lady and her family and how they were treated.

Definitely not the Mr Gyros I fondly remember. The cashier was somewhat rude, not inviting at all. The guy cleaning the floor was nicer to our group than the person taking our order. Give him and raise, he was the only positive thing out of our experience. I hadn't been to Mr Gyros in several years but remember how amazing the Chicken plate was. The marinade and sear on the chicken used to be incredible. I ate there yesterday and was sadly disappointed. The chicken had no flavor, and looked like it was straight out of a Tyson bag. The Greek salad used to have nice big chunks of feta, there were hardly any sprinkles of feta this time and the salad had more sliced raw onions than anything. I know times change and costs go up but for spending 70$ I was very disappointed and will not be going back.

First time visiting this place.
The amount of food it is crazy!
So much food and so delicious.
I ordered the veggie gyro and shriek salad.
Both were very yummy and well presented.
Ideal place to go if you want to have a big l and delicious meal.
I spent $13,45 for the lunch meal

It's hard for me to write this, but I've become disappointed with my last few visits. I've been going to this location for many years, but something has changed recently. My normal order is a Greek salad. Sometimes I get a large and sometimes I get a small. I've gotten both of them enough times to know the difference. The last few times I've ordered a large and definitely have received a small instead. This last time not only did I receive a small after ordering a large, but the lettuce looked like it was going bad as well. It's very disappointing because this was one of my favorite places, but I think it's time for me to retire from going here.

Good food, I enjoyed it. Good portions, too. But I didn't like how they pushed you to leave tips on register. (I tried to ignore it, and we usually tip cash, but the masked girl insisted, rude girl, repeatedly asking to choose tip amounts) You are ordering and not served yet, but the tip already paid, ha....
The tip should be left after eating....
I hate those machines with those tip choices you have to choose before you get served. It makes you nervous if you don't tip what they will serve you al together.?

See the photo? That was $9 (plus tax and tip). No sides, no onions, no tomatoes. Over $10 total for a pita, some cheese, a very ingenious portion of gyro meat, and a little cup of tzatziki. It tasted okay but this was quite pitiful. At least throw a tiny bit onion and tomato on there or on the side and a small portion of fries. Goodness.

I have definitely had better gyro places. I am giving this a very generous 3 out of 5.

Place is empty. Sign says $11.99 each for a family pack. Young masked lady says “ya gotta have four people”

We all order a meal. Lady was not friendly at all. $52

Family goes outside patio.

Other lady puts out a huge meal. I walk up. Masked lady says “that’s not yours!”

I say ok. You never called a number ?
Basically rude.

Anyway
Food was great. Place was clean. Except men’s room. I repeat the food was AWESOME. Always is.

Pee all around the toilet.

Will I return. Yes.
Should the gal be up front dealing with people?
No

That being said. I understand not everyone is as nice and social as me and my family. So. I have decided to edit and rate this review on the food and the food alone. And it was a five star food review.

Ordered for pickup, they handed it to me personally. When I got back to work, I opened it and realized they had given me the wrong order (something much cheaper). Asked for a refund but they told me I would have to bring it back to do so. Pretty disappointed

Okay Greek food. They don't offer a lot of customization. (Add hummus to sandwich)
Side and full hummus are overpriced and is somewhat mealy. Bakalava is very crispy and super sweet.
