If you’re looking for a warm classic upscale sports bar this is it! Genuinely the best Irish Pot Roast I’ve had! I came here a few years ago and haven’t stopped thinking of it since so I knew I had to get it again when I came back.

My friends and I meet here for happy hour every few months, and often stay for dinner. The prices are great. The happy hour food choices are a bit limited but no matter. There are plenty of great menu choices. The staff is always super friendly. We love it. Easy parking too.

This is on the upper end of good bar chow. O'Neill's specializes in stick-to-your-ribs dishes such as pot roast and fish and chips. I had the latter. The fish was somewhat overcooked, but the fries were excellent. I recommend dining early or late if noise bothers you, as I'm sure things get loud here during lunch and dinner rushes.

Fun sports memorabilia, plenty of screens to catch a game, friendly service, amazing dessert. I tried the fish and chips, which was totally fine but probably not the shining star of the menu. We ordered the bread pudding to-go, and it was amazing even the next day! We enjoyed this as a casual dinner date before walking back across the street for a movie at the Glenwood Arts Theater, and I'd happily do it again — even if it was just for drinks and dessert!

My family has been dining at O'Neil's for years. We are so grateful to have this restaurant located close to our home. I love the daily specials. My son loves the chicken tenders. If I had to choose just one favorite meal, it would probably be the Irish pot roast.

Great menu of a variety of selections. Good bar with wide variety of drinks including shots of Scotch.
Service was ok, the bartender was less than helpful. Albeit he did give me a refill without asking. The tenderloin sandwich was too salty. The side salad was old greens. The coke wasn't flat but pretty close. The very dimly lit dining area around the bar was ridiculous. I asked to turn the lights up but that didn't happen.

Had a wonderful experience at O'Neill's Bar and Grill in Kansas City! The warm apple cider with a kick was the perfect winter treat. We hosted an event in their private back room, which provided a fantastic atmosphere for our gathering. The catering was top-notch, featuring delicious bruschetta, savory meatballs, mouthwatering BBQ chicken, and flavorful southwest egg rolls. The staff was accommodating, making our event a memorable success. Highly recommend for both a casual visit and special occasions!
