Worst chicken salad sandwich I've ever had. Bread completely fell apart, and even though I paid for extra chicken salad I had only 3 bites of actual chicken. Their savory spice profile did not go well with the sweetness of the chicken salad. Should have just stuck with either a savory or a sweet chicken salad. And it cost a fortune!

I really like their Mediterranean grain bowl with chicken. The people working there tonight acted like I was carrying the virus in with me and were, at best, aloof. The place was empty. I was the only person in the restaurant. To their credit, they did bring my order to my table. They need to work on friendliness. I am a regular, but am re-thinking the dynamic.

Help me to understand why at lunchtime you have 11 customers standing in line and only 2 cashiers ? Your third associate is rearranging the rolls rather than helping customers. Your priorities are all wrong. After she's done consolidating rolls that woman walks away without offering to help with the noon time rush.

Worst Panera - horrible customer service Went to pay for our order tonight and the cashier said our gift card was empty, he tried the gift card again and got another error message, which I could see. He said the gift card was empty and I would need to pay with some other form of payment. I looked the gift card up on panerabread.com and it confirmed that we had used it once. It was a $25 gift card. The only charge was $11.44 and the remainding balance is $13.56. I called the store and asked for the manager. I was left on hold for 15 minutes. When I called back the gentleman said was the store manager but was hesitant to give his name. I explained the situation. He said it was a system glitch. He made a lot of excuses and was very rude. We will no longer go to this location. It has been bad for a long time. I have never had a bad experience at any other Panera.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Pick 2, small coffee and pastry now $18 !!! I can go anywhere for lunch for $18. They now charge full price for pastry when you buy a pic two. Also, they made they scones smaller for the same price. Finally, I actually had a manager tell me they will not sell small coffees during lunch. I ate at Parnera all over the US. At least three times a month or more. Never again

I love Panera bread, however today there tomato soup was very thin, usually it is a rich yummy soup with chunks of tomato in it. Mine today, thin, watery no tomato chunks at all. Very disappointed!

My wife loves this place and I'm not sure why. The chicken and wild rice is really good. The Italian sandwich pick two with a Greek salad is an awful value. Thank you for the loaf of Italian bread, two slices of meat, deli thin cheese and thistle leaves. The salad is ok but again, the ingredients $$ don't add up to $$$$$$. Was in at 11am this morning and it looked like a high school lunch room. Lots of empty tables but had to search for a clean one. The soft drink and coffee stations were also a mess.

Friendly location with what appears to be a regular crowd following at this location. During my morning breakfast stop, two large tables were already put together and a big group of retirement aged men, respectively, showed up with their coffee mugs as if they've been meeting here for years. Must be a nice way to spend your morning with old friends, talking about everything under the sun. The food was typical Panera, as expected. Friendly service and employees.

I go here frequently as it is close to my kids school. Ok, it Panera so the food is ok for a quick meal, but lately the service and general cruddy attitude of the employees sucks! If there is a huge line of patrons, three cash registers, the snotty chick behind the counter should use one of the cash registers and stop stocking the paper cups. Pretty much done as two other places to eat are less than 100 yards for breakfast.

Extremely nice staff- 5 star customer service for sure, & and the food is served fresh and pretty fast. It's typical Panera food- exactly what you'd expect from the menu- American fare, but healthier than most places. I can't go 5 stars on the whole though, because this particular Panera really needs a good scrub down and some updating. The paint is peeling in the dining room, there is dirt accumulating on the wood and the floors always have food and debris on them. Plus the bathroom is pretty gross- tiny and dirty. I love Panera's food, and I frequent this location because it's close to my house, but it's pretty close to turning me off forever if I don't see some cleaning and updating soon.

They have one cashier and a line of 6 people. Horribly slow service. I walked out after the cashier left the register to help another person that happened to walk in to the bakery area.

For me, Paneras are just "ok". The food is acceptable at best but they're generally convenient and offer free wifi. This location, however, is pretty awesome - pretty much the friendliest Panera I've ever visited. I used them for both breakfast and lunch catering on the same day and was really impressed. Everything was prepared exactly as ordered (including a few special requests) and they included everything I needed in terms of plates, cups, etc. My one small nitpick would be that things could have been marked a little better as to what was what. That said, I got an email from their catering manager that day checking in to make sure everything was good and that I was happy. I do a lot of catering with Panera for business lunches and such and that's the first time that's ever happened. Also - the place was spotless, including the restrooms. (Not the norm at most Paneras) Overall - Panera is what it is in terms of food, but this location delivers an exceptional service experience.
