Never enough people working there. If three people walk in at the same time, they won’t even be able to get to your order for ten minutes….who knows when you’re actually getting your food. And the coffee is ALWAYS empty!!! Panera……you don’t actually think we go there for your hospital quality food do you? Coffee!!!!

Am so sorry to give 1 star to service.. but the person. How was at the register today Friday Nov. 15 was very rude.. didn't acknowledge that he got our order and just rushed out everything.
This location has become over the last 4 years very dirty, understaffed, always out of baked goods, and overall just not with the program, and I’m kind of over the rude staff, filthy tables all the time, food all over the floors, and just general vibe. Panera used to be a nice bistro type atmosphere that served healthy dishes and now it’s pizza, fried chicken, in a flop house.
Food tastes good, but if the white old guy is in the kitchen, the amount of a bowl of soup is less than a cup. When ask for extra ranch dressing, he shows you the face ?. Seriously, it's not like I am eating out of his pocket money ?

This is the only Panera Bread that has consistently given me good service.
The bread on their sandwiches is superior to the other Panera Breads in the local area. Not sure what they are doing differently, but I hope they keep doing it.
Also, as I was writing, the manager just came up to me and asked if everything was good - I said "yes". Good service!
