We began journeying to new restaurants with a neighbor couple and happened upon Paros Estiatorio. We had the most wonderful culinary adventure under the guidance of Juan, our server. Everything was fabulous, and we will definitely return!

Was a little disappointed with lunch at Paros. Dinner has always been amazing. The grilled veggie plate was lukewarm at best. The zucchini cakes were overcooked and had a burnt taste to them. The octopus was okay. I will stick with eating there at dinner time.

My wife and I wanted to try something new, we’ve been married for 7 & 1/2 months and I wanted to take her out for date night so we reserved spots at the bar and met Richard who took care of us. First off, Richard was way cool and he did an amazing job. Secondly, the atmosphere made us feel like we weren’t in Kansas anymore, felt like grabbing Toto and heading into a new world and we definitely wanted to follow the yellow brick road. My wife had a lemon drop martini, it was perfect, and then we tried the Meatballs along with the Lamb Riblets to begin. The flavors were soooo good, we took first bites and just kind of looked at each other like wow! Richard made really great recommendations hands down. After that, we thought about salad but went with the baked Feta, it was unbelievably tasty!!! I ordered the Ribeye, and my wife had the Lobster Pasta, I mean, just delicious!!! Steak was so juicy and flavorful and the presentation on the lobster pasta was as Richard stated, “the best in the world” but wow was it fantastic!! We ended with the Baklava and I tried a Greek Coffee. The Baklava just melts in your mouth, we were blown away!! And that Greek Coffee, very intense, amazing, and as Richard stated, “it’s got some meat on it”, agreed my friend but man that was dang tasty!!! I’ve been to a lot of restaurants let me tell ya, but this is hands down in the top 5 of all places I’ve ever been in my life, my wife said the same, and we will absolutely be back for more!! Thank you for a beautiful date night experience and becoming one of our new favorite spots in all of Kansas City for this newlywed couple. Hats off to the Chef and kitchen, y’all are All Gas with No Brakes!!! We will be back very soon!!! ♥️

No value for money. Little quantity for that price. Quality was not great. Will never eat here again. Just paid for the food decorations and ambience. Here's how it went: after 25 min of wait on the table we had the food as shown in the pics: Horiatiki Salad (a tiny bowl of vegetable with a slice of cheese for $21), add Salmon (a thin slice smaller than a palm for $15), Kataifi Shrimp 3 small pieces ($17), a low grade old fashion for $16, house made lemonade (just squashed lime ice water) for $5, kids spaghetti bowl $13, and few more low quality items.

This is by far one of our absolute favorite places to dine in Kansas City! The staff is always wonderful, the food is fresh, authentic and DELICIOUS, and the atmosphere is gorgeous! They have the best patio in KC perfect for brunch with girlfriends or a romantic dinner. The owners are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met who genuinely care about every detail of your dining experience! We are so glad to have this gem in KC and have never been disappointed with any meal. It’s a must-try!

This has become my wife and I's new favorite restaurant in Kansas City. The service is impeccable and the food is Michelin star quality. Hostesses are friendly and you can tell that it is family owned and operated.

This is probably the most overrated Greek food I have ever tasted. It certainly isn’t what I expected. The fish was $64.00 for an overcooked branzino that was coveredin salt and tasted like it too. Like eating salted popcorn. The octopus was tough and chewy. The lamb shanks were overcooked.. (Must have been leftovers) The mashed potatoes were tasteless. And the rice and spinach dish must have had a 1/2 cup of olive oil on it. The only possible salvation was that the baclava was good, but it wasn’t any better than the baclava Sunday at the Greek festival. The food was better there. And a 10% food tax on top of the usual 10 % tax. Ridiculous. Over 300.00 for a bad meal. We won’t be back! The smoked catfish was much better at BB”s Lawnside BBQ for only $15.00. Yes, catfish is better than branzino.

This place is beautiful, it feels like vacation. We were greeted warmly and wished a happy anniversary. Our server was amazing, with the perfect blend of old school service and Midwestern friendliness. We're not very familiar with Greek food or wine, but our server was very patient walking us through options and it was clear that he knew the wine list well. Food was great, wine was great, and we were brought a complimentary toast for our special occasion. We'll for sure be back!

Great romantic spot.

Took my daughter's family to dinner, as my granddaughter is moving to Va. to start her 3 year residency. This is her favorite place! As always, the food was excellent!

Service was not great and the food was mediocre. Had Greek salad with skewer. Salad tasted like it had all olive oil on it. No flavor of lemon or herbs.

What a wonderful find! We shared appetizers and salads and all was fantastic. The service was amazing and the chef made a point of coming out to see if we were enjoying our meal. Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant!!

Absolutely incredible! Just go. Eat the food! Drink the wine! Get the Olive Oil Cake! You won't regret anything!

Prime Ribeye entree was anything but prime. Very low grade of beef, hidden by covering it with mushrooms and sauce. If I had to imagine what the taste and texture eating shoe leather is like, this was worse.
Each bite resulted in the mashing of teeth to try and chew through the amount of gristle, only to find the final result was to somehow remove it discreetly. After three attempts, I gave up.
And this is what the waiter recommended. It became very clear that it was suggested only for his best interest, being one of the more costly choices.
Trying to work with the waiter to obtain a decent bottle of wine was ridiculous.

Thank you for your visit. We’re disappointed to see your negative ratings and review. Our goal is to always make our guest a priority and provide them with an authentic Greek experience, however we have been doing this for over 30 years in the restaurant business and understand that some guests like yourself are never happy in general at life. ( Only unhappy when an organization like yours tries to take advantage of others.)We can’t help you with that! Your server, who is one of our best servers tried very hard to communicate & make everything better for you but was meet with negative resistance at each step. (There was no dialogue about the poor quality of the beef served, knowing it would be a waste of time.)Requesting to negotiate wine prices because the vintage has changed…well that’s a first for us. (You advertised a 2021 and provided a 2023. Ask the vineyard, they will tell you differently.)

My review reflected my genuine experience: a disappointing entrée and a wine service issue that was not handled transparently. My inquiry about the vintage and pricing of the Far Niente Chardonnay was a reasonable one, especially given the significant price point of $159. Suggesting that I was trying to “negotiate” in bad faith mischaracterizes what was simply an effort to ensure I received the product I was paying for.

Your comments questioning my general happiness and referring to my profession and clients were uncalled for and highly inappropriate. This type of personal attack from a business is not only unprofessional, it reflects poorly on your brand and customer service values.

I sincerely hope this feedback is taken constructively. Future guests deserve to be treated with respect—even when offering criticism.
