What an incredible anniversary dinner at Paros. It started with a note on our table wishing us Happy Anniversary. Then our waiter Jose greeted us and said he had a surprise for us. He came back to the table with two glasses of champagne and told us to just relax & celebrate for a minute then we could get to discussing the menu. It was our first time here. He came back and told us not to be concerned with anything that our kids had called ahead and everything was taken care of for the night! We each got the restaurant's take in a margarita with Pomegrante. It was so so good! Jose came back later to take us on a journey as he explained the menu. We chose the watermelon feta salad (so good), the Lamb Shank (incredible flavor and so tender) and the sea bass (perfectly cooked) so flavorful with the slaw it is served with. Jose was such a good server because he gave us time to enjoy and answer the questions our kids gave us in an envelope to answer. He was there when we needed him but never too intrusive. Dessert was the Creme Brûlée' & Pistachio Baklava. Amazing! From start to finish when he said “it's taken care off, enjoy your evening” it was the perfect special occasion dinner!!

Our ‘go to spot' for date night or to eat out with our twin teenagers. Chef is amazing and service is always top notch. It's a hidden gem - we keep sharing with others as we feel it is under-appreciated given the high quality of the food and service.

The food and service was excellent. Recommend outside dining on a cool night as inside is a bit loud. Recommend the crusted fish and lamb shank.

Food was incredibly bland, if you compare Yayas Campo chicken to Paros; Yayas far exceeds in all apartments, especially in flavor.  the atmosphere is nice and the service is always good. However, I have been there multiple times and not yet found anything that I have enjoyed eating or actually returning to for a particular dish. We strictly go there because my daughter likes it and she likes the moussaka. The meals are very overpriced for the type of food we received . If you have been to Greece, you would not recognize what you have been served here .

This is our absolute favorite restaurant and it never disappoints- the food and the service is always impeccable. Best Greek food you will find in Kansas City!! Ambiance is beautiful. Mezes board is a MUST!😋
The lamb shank was fantastic. That said, the cappuccino was about 5% coffee 95% milk, and after pointing it out they didn't think anything was wrong. The beet salad was really a large amount of cubed beets with olive oil, five leafs of arugula and a few slices of turnips... I'll say this, was it terrible? By no means. Will I return? No, that's ok.

Truly in the top 2 restaurants meals I have had in KC since we moved here 4 years ago. I had fish. It came out flaming to our table and tasted so fresh. My husband had organic chicken, and it was excellent, as were the brussel sprouts, lemon potatoes, spanakorizo and wine! The service and atmosphere couldn't be better, too. We sat on the patio on a perfect evening. Just loved it.

On our reservation, I indicated it was our anniversary, and also requested a dozen red roses in a vase as well to be at our table. I gave the waiter our name. No mention of our anniversary and no roses were at the table either. Go figure. Then I get an email from OpenTable on top of this saying we were a “no show”. Go figure.

You it's been a few years since we tried this place. It far surpassed my memory the food the service. The venue was outstanding... Will definitely be back. Can't say enough wonderful things about this restaurant... Except you will not be disappointed. Make a reservation soon.

Second time eating here and the meal was excellent. The waiter was fabulous too! Thank you for helping me celebrate my birthday. We had a very nice time. Love the flaming cheese and the Spanakopita (best I have ever had). All of our meals were perfectly executed. Will return again.
