Absolutely ridiculous experience. Placed an online order, waited over an hour. Called the store, the manager Darrel didn’t do anything to help us. Said he never received the order, can’t help accommodate a refund, and told us to take it up with the call center. On speaking to a different Pizza Hut staff who called him independently, he said he had the order and then lost it but refused to help us in any way like the other Pizza Hut employee at a different store did escalating this to their district manager. Absolutely fraudulent business practice, completely dishonest and clearly not even capable of running a basic franchise. If you want to spend money, be treated rudely, and left with no pizza, order from here- has everything you’re looking for

Terrible experience just now, I asked for extra marinara(the kind woman who takes the pizzas out of the oven)- I don’t know her name but she is always working and does an amazing job, was getting them ready for me when the rude supervisor told her he would write her up for giving me a few extra marinara cups. Will not be back at this location as the service has gone super downhill and I feel terrible for the people who have to work for the supervisor/ manager guy tonight!!

Depends on who’s working but managers need to explain to the people making the pizza you can’t take the pizza out till it’s fully out of the oven. Half my pizza is cooked correctly but the other half is undercooked and way too white. Smelled weird inside. Usually I really like this Pizza Hut but really just depends who’s working

Pizza was not fully cooked. Delivery service was slow! Customer Service at store was awful .

I'm giving this Pizza Hut a full 5 stars because they were great. All other places were closed at 11:30pm but this place was still working hard. Staff were brilliant. Big shout out to this particular branch please Pizza Hut corporate
