I've been coming to Planet Sub for years, and I'll never visit this location again. I should've taken it as a sign that the woman in front of me asked for a refund.
I was naive and decided to pick up my online order and take it home. I got home and became concerned as soon as I saw that my order wasn't marked. My Planet Sub orders always come marked. Both subs were wrong, so I tried to call the store at 7:30 (when the store closes at 9). No one answered, so I drove back to the store to get my order fixed.
I arrived at 7:45 pm, and the doors were locked. I could see someone sweeping BOH, and I tried knocking on every door to get someone to answer. When I went back to the side door, the person sweeping wasn't visible anymore.
I just wanted new food with what I ordered, but now I'll have to hope to get a refund and find somewhere else to eat tonight.
Edit: I went back the next night with my food, and I was told I'd have to come back the next day when a manager was there. On Day 3, I talked to a manager who gave me a refund, and he expressed concern that the store had been shut down early the night my order got messed up. I'm still hesitant to go back, but I appreciate the manager's response.

Great sandwich but the service is terrible! They made a mistake and they were very nonchalant about it. When you pay for a sandwich on their menu, you expect it to be as they put on their menu. Not so, unless you go through the process with the service people and who assemble the product.

We love Planet Sub! The sandwiches just taste so good and are so warm. When we walked in Alaina greeted us and was very friendly when taking our order. ?
Planet Sub is my all time favorite because they make their bread right there, daily. I used to work in a building that had a Planet Sub on the ground floor & the smell was heavenly every morning!

Good sandwiches, but the young guy with the silly looking mustache and no other facial hair needs to learn how to help people. I thought I heard my named called, so I walked up to the counter, where I saw a number of orders. As I was looking at them, he comes up and asks "are you picking up for delivery?" I said "im waiting for my order for John". He says "okay" and just walks back to the kitchen. I thought he would at least give me a status update of my order, but nothing. He should have said "these are delivery orders only, but your order will be out soon" instead of blankly staring at me, as if I can telepathically read his thoughts.
Nevertheless, I'll be coming back for those damn good sandwiches ?
