Good sandwiches, but the young guy with the silly looking mustache and no other facial hair needs to learn how to help people. I thought I heard my named called, so I walked up to the counter, where I saw a number of orders. As I was looking at them, he comes up and asks "are you picking up for delivery?" I said "im waiting for my order for John". He says "okay" and just walks back to the kitchen. I thought he would at least give me a status update...

They made a mistake and they were very nonchalant about it. When you pay for a sandwich on their menu, you expect it to be as they put on their menu. Not so, unless you go through the process with the service people and who assemble the product.
