Great service! Ambience is always good, food quality & price are great. This is our go-to for sushi!
El mejor restaurante de sushi elegancia y clase al mismo tiempo atención increíble lo mejor de verdad! Recomendado mil veces
Great sushi as always, very good service, and despite computers crashing, everything ran smoothly. We'll be back, again.
It was very loud, the service was decent, but the food was overpriced and average tasting. The drinks also weren't that good.
Made reservation days in advance for a party of 10, table was not set, while those who arrived early were seated, I who made the reservation was not escorted, drinks came late and in waves, refills were not provided, we got chop sticks only at first no offer for tableware had to ask, had to fetch server to order, when asking for someone to take our order politely was looked at sideways, food was brought out minutes apart, when I went to make sure everything was settled staff couldn't figure out how to check the system. Was told many cooks were out so it would be a long wait if we ordered something large. Amazingly the quality of the food offset the poor service. I may go back if I were bored but I'll need to forget about the poor service first. I had a great time with my guests though, we made the best of it.
This place is what you would expect for a chain sushi restaurant. Limited choices on sushi. Their specialty roles are good but not amazing. For the quality and options it was a little overpriced. Our service was pretty bad. It took a few minutes before our waiter greeted us and brought us water. Then it was almost another 10 minutes before she brought drinks back and came to take an order. We ordered the garlic edamame, the mango ceviche, the sashimi platter, and two different rollls. The sashimi platter was supposed to come with miso soup and salad. Our waiter never brought those so finally we asked, and she only brought us the miso soup. Overall experience was a three. I don't think I would visit this restaurant again.
Maybe I am just picky, but as a former hostess I made sure to not triple seat a server so that they stayed in a good mood and worked hard and got the tips they deserved. Constantly seating people in the same section lowers the servers ability to focus on each table. My husband didn't get his drink until midway through the meal because the server was slammed. I also know that reservations supersede walk ins. When I said that I had a reservation, she asked us where we wanted to sit and that the standard tables (that we asked for) were filled and a high top or outside was the only thing available. Again, I haven't been a hostess for awhile, but I remember holding a table for the reservation no matter who came in as a walk in. This showed that making a reservation took priority because we took the time to reserve the seat.
I haven't been to RA in awhile. I used to like their sushi but it looks like they're trying to branch out to offering more variety of foods. The sushi was terrible and ridiculously overpriced. Our waiter could not answer our questions about sushi rolls (if you don't know, find out) and our order was completely wrong. This was a birthday celebration and was very disappointing. We will never go back.
Thank you for your patronage the other day. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, the food was great, and the food came out smoothly, so it was great. I'll be back.
Our service was great! We sat outside and there was a concert going on in the public park around the corner. We could hear the music but it wasn't too loud- great atmosphere. Our waitress apologized several times for taking too long to get to us but we didn't notice there was any delay. This was a great spot- I'll be back!

Some of the best sushi and Asian fusion I've had. I'll be back every time I travel back to this part of KC.
Went for Mother's Day. The service was terrible. Food was ok but the sever had to be asked to bring out silverware (napkins and chopsticks), had to be asked to bring plates for our appetizers, had to be asked to bring soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger. Food took a very long time to come out. It wasn't terribly busy for being middle of the afternoon on Mother's Day so no excuse for the lousy service. Very disappointed and likely won't be back for a while. There are better sushi places in KC for the price point.
Overall, really nice experience. Sushi was good and so was the hibachi! The only downside was that it took an extraordinary long time to bring the hibachi out which resulted in us eating our meals at seperate times (it took almost 30 additional minutes for the hibachi to come out).
Menu changed and sushi choices are too limited. Uninspiring menu now. Will not be returning. I can get poke at the grocery store. Edamame was food though.
Waiter spilled drink all over table and right next to my wife and he never attempted to clean up. Wife had to go to bar and get a towel to clean it up. Last few times there is no one at the door to greet you. Service has went way downhill.
