Made reservation days in advance for a party of 10, table was not set, while those who arrived early were seated, I who made the reservation was not escorted, drinks came late and in waves, refills were not provided, we got chop sticks only at first no offer for tableware had to ask, had to fetch server to order, when asking for someone to take our order politely was looked at sideways, food was brought out minutes apart, when I went to make sure everything was settled staff couldn't...
Maybe I am just picky, but as a former hostess I made sure to not triple seat a server so that they stayed in a good mood and worked hard and got the tips they deserved. Constantly seating people in the same section lowers the servers ability to focus on each table. My husband didn't get his drink until midway through the meal because the server was slammed. I also know that reservations supersede walk ins. When I said that I had a reservation, she asked us where we wanted...
Our service was great! We sat outside and there was a concert going on in the public park around the corner. We could hear the music but it wasn't too loud- great atmosphere. Our waitress apologized several times for taking too long to get to us but we didn't notice there was any delay. This was a great spot- I'll be back!
