Expensive. Single cheeseburger is very small and very well overcooked. There is no service and the self service kiosk asks you for a tip. LOL. And the waters cupa are very small, like dixie cups.

Shake Shack food quality is top notch for a fast food restaurant. The burgers are excellent. The Shack Burger is always perfectly done. The patty edges are crispy and the ingredients fresh. You can add pickles, onions, and other basic toppings for free. The Smokehouse burger is also a favorite. The bacon is well-cooked and the cherry peppers add a bit of heat to the burger.
Fries are crispy on the outside and soft inside. Highly recommend the cheese fries if you like tangy melted cheese!
I never leave Shake Shack without a shake. You can’t go wrong with the chocolate or vanilla. Love that they have a wide variety of flavor options and even floats if you don’t want a shake.
The only downside is this location can get very busy during lunch and dinner. My wait time during peak hours can be around 20 minutes. Also, just a heads up there is no drive through!
Excellent customer service, I bought some Mango Passionaides and the taste was off, I brought it up with whom I believed to be a supervisor/manager and she replaced them with drinks of my choosing. She was super cordial and nice.

It used to our favorite spot. We came all the time even I see it 4 stars for a while. Now I knew it. The service is not consistent. Servers have poke face when we need something. Patty is extra salty today. They change it but it came back salty again. I wish you could lift up your management when I will adjust my rating. I really hope there will be a good change since we come here all the time.
Their smoothies are a perfect afternoon pick-me-up.

Stopped in on a Saturday about 4pm. This was our first time to visit a Shake Shack.
I had the smoky classic bbq burger and fries and my wife went with the bacon cheeseburger. We both loved the burgers, great flavor and filling.

Stopped by this location for the first time. My wife and I both had to use the restroom before ordering. The hallway to the bathroom was blocked by a in large cart containing trash that you could barely walk around. The floors were slick and greasy. The bathroom floors were as well. There was paper towels strewn all over the bathroom floor. I finished and went to look at the menu when my wife came out and said she didn't feel comfortable eating here because the bathroom was so nasty. I agreed and we left. Someone should be all over the mess that was in that area, not conducive to welcoming people to eat.
