Maybe an off day but food was just subpar today. They really need more seating as it's almost impossible to find a table.

I like their burger, but the shake isn't that good compared to Chic Fil A. Also, the restaurant was cold. The restaurant is pretty clean, especially compared to Shake Shack in the Country Club Plaza.

The kitchen was so slow that it took 45 min to get our order. If they can turn out 60 door dash orders they can tend to inside customers too. It’s called fast food for a reason and I won’t be going back if it takes 45 min to order a hot dog and a shake.

The food was okay. I had the Korean style chicken sandwich. It was okay. The fries were good. I thought the food was overpriced for the amount of food you got. I wasn't impressed.

I've been hearing about the Shake Shack from my friend who lives in the KC metro area so I decided to give it a spin and was definitely impressed with their Burgers. I pulled up and parked not knowing what to expect. I was hungrier than a hostage and ready for dinner. When I walked in I seen all these screens to my left but I ordered my meal the old school way via thru another human. I paid about 18 dollars I believe for the Bacon Cheeseburger with a no salt Crinkle Fry and large drink. I was able to get my own drink from their Soda fountain which serves Coke products only. I liked how everything seemed simple. I wish I could of got close up pictures of the wall Menu and will next time I'm there. It took about 8-10 mins to get my order so I knew it was going to be fresh. The buns they use for their Burgers are beyond tasty and delicious. Best bun ever and the Burger itself with the melted cheese and Applewood Bacon was givin me summertime vibes. The fries were Crispy and I never wanted them to end either. I ate my meal outdoors since it wasn't to cool yet and they have plenty of seating outside and for the inside, there's a dining area that has a long wall that splits the tables from the soda machine. It reminded me of a wall you'd see in a prison movie but this place had nothing but pleasant people and staff so I felt comfortable and safe there. They even had a waterbowl for your dog outside but I didn't let my Lil doggy partake cause you just never know but the water looked very clean and fresh. And what I also liked was the Two, yes two, Cornhole beanbag toss games you could play with a friend or date. I will definitely be going back up here soon just to get a burger. The only complaint I have is I wish the Burger was a little bigger but maybe I ordered the smaller one and didn't realize it. The Shake Shack is a definite Homerun and a serious contender in the Burger Wars. Their food speaks for itself and I will be trying a Shake next time to let you all know. Please don't overlook this place cause you won't be disappointed when you go.Parking: Parking right in the front and easy to find a spot. It wasn't super busy yet so it could be different during rush time.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat concrete by entrance and handicapp parking is close to the entrance.

Best burger in Kansas City. The flavors are fresh and the beef is so tasty . They are pricey but I’d much rather pay for quality than some random burger chain with bland precooked tasting meat . They cook your order fresh . Only close is Five Guys and they are in secondWheelchair accessibility: Yes

First time coming with my picky 10yr old. The food was delicious and he loved the shake! Definitely will be coming back. We came right at lunch time on a Saturday, so there were almost no tables available. Just goes to show how much people like eating here.

So I picked up my food and unfortunately my dog got to my food when I got home. Now I live out the way, 8.0 miles so not close enough to drive back without dealing with traffic but close enough so that a delivery through DoorDash should be a thing.I called to let them know and got a very lackluster response… can yall consider expanding your doordash radius to 15 miles. Like if you don’t know how to do it, can you figure it out? I recognize it that it’s my fault my dog got to my food but at least make it easy for me to buy from yall again without taking another trip after a long day.. I just want to order thats it.
