We could not be happier with the service at this Smoothie King. The managers,CJ and Kayla, have gone above and beyond for us for years. For the past 4 years, we've preordered smoothies for the entire team before games. They take time to label each one, consider any dietary restrictions, put them on ice, and let them take their cooler to take to the boys. We just bring back the cooler the next day.we couldn't be happier to support such a great place!

I try to be honest and fair with my reviews and with this store, it was honestly one of the nicer smoothie kings I have been too recently. While there were only two employees there, they did their best to accommodate everyone coming in, they were very polite, and did apologize for the wait. While I understand the wait could be frustrating to some, I get that stores are understaffed and the employees who do show up and want to be there (or have to) are doing the best they can to make sure the customers have a good experience. We ordered 4 smoothies and all tasted yummie! Only reason why I am giving 4 stars is that I just wish they had more product on their shelves to make the space seem more full rather than empty. Also, when it comes to the product on the shelf, more research on the products and the health benefits should go into it because sometimes it feels that they put out what is more popular at the time than the snacks and such with actual good benefits. I understand that may not be up to each individual store, but just a wish.

The atmosphere at the Smoothie King on 11707 Roe Ave was not very inviting. It felt like the A/C wasn't working very well. The gal that rang my order was not entirely friendly and the smoothie was not the best tasting I've had. Probably won't try that again.

Typically this location is amazing. Today I couldn’t get my smoothie through the straw. It had to be blended again and half the ingredients weren’t in the smoothie. I get the same smoothie a lot.

Came in and was only customer in line however five orders later I asked for my smoothie very disappointed in service!!!
Ms. Ashante C had us waiting 25 minutes to just take my order. Keep in mind I was the only person in the store. Keep your priorities straight in person orders then online orders. That’s how it works in all of the establishments that I have been to and work at. Then when I said something politely about how long I was waiting she gave me attitude most likely bc she’s annoyed that I even said something in the first place but 25 minutes to take an order is irresponsible and absolutely not ok in any establishment.
