I frequent this location. Some employees are great, make smoothies correct & quickly but there's others that I'm not so sure about. I HATE when I spend $9 on a smoothie (+tip) & my cup isn't full. Last time I got my regular smoothie that specifically ask for sweeteners & concentrated juice sweetener REMOVED & it absolutely, definitely had sweetener in it. I know what the smoothie tastes like with & without it, I buy it 2x a week & when I went directly to both of the employees making the smoothies one said they didn't think there was any in it & the other said there wasn't. It absolutely did & I had to throw it away. It was exactly as sweet as the 2nd smoothie I ordered for my kid that I didn't request sweeteners be removed. I don't appreciate being lied to over something that could make me extremely sick.

Got a drink with half of the ingredients missing, tasted terrible. It was missing the mix even to make it have any flavor, so it just tasted like a watered down banana rather than snickerdoodle. Other store close to my work wouldn’t remake 10 minutes later, hassled me & gave me so much trouble that I left empty handed.Corporate never gave me a response or a refund on the app, so I went back in to the original store a few days later.The manager was rude when I explained what happened, acknowledged the mistake, and made it my responsibility to test the smoothie, telling me multiple times to taste it before leaving the store.Can people just pay their employees in this countryNever coming here againWhy are you doing this to people

One of the worst experience’s I’ve encountered at any smoothie joint. There is absolutely no management to hold the kids working here accountable. Completely screwed up drinks and payments. Seek elsewhere.

I bought several hundred dollars worth of smoothie king gift cards and received a couple dozen bonus cards each worth $5. Used several of them with no issues. Tried to use a new one today at this location and was told the card had 0 balance. The manager scanned literally 5 more and all said ‘$0 balance’. I think something is wrong w/ their system since these bonus cards were never used. I showed her the emails from Smoothie King with all the bonus cards left. There literally is not enough time to use all of them unless I go every day which it’s too cold to do so right now. Horrible service and she acted like I was trying to reuse these cards which is not even possible since they didn’t become active till 1/1. I still need to find put why these bonus cards won’t work cause the only reason I bought hundreds of dollars worth of gift cards was because of the bonus cards promotion. Feel like I was scammed into buying the gift cards now that a lot of the bonus cards they sent me are not working! The lack of customer service I received from the manager at this location did not help either. They need to train their mgmt better to deal w/ these issues.

Smoothie King will always be one of my favorite places. The smoothies are full of natural organic ingredients without all the added sugar and enhancements. Amazing customer service as usual,they never let me down!

Pretty good, really, though at $10 for a large, 40 ounce smoothie, it can't be an everyday purchase for me. However, I will say the smoothie makes a good meal replacement in itself. I wish the menus were slightly more clear on which drinks were truly vegan, but I was able to find one I liked that fit my needs.

I have been to this location of Smoothie King many times. I enjoy their smoothies, but I have also had a fantastic experience with the staff. There is this one guy that always seems to be there. At this point I know his name: Aaron. He is a really hard worker and has so much knowledge about the different smoothies. I also really appreciate that he is able to help me with my different goals. He is always welcoming, and kind to the customers. You can tell that he really cares about what he does. I hope that this location knows how truly lucky they are to have this employee. If management happens to see this I hope that you work hard to keep this employee because he is what makes me want to keep coming back.
